Failed Under Warranty, LG Customer Service is Terrible – Yes, it has a 2 year warranty (industry average is 1 year). But if it fails under warranty LG Customer Care is terrible. Long wait times (2-3 hours) and when you do speak to someone the customer service mentality is terrible. Was told to basically "complain to fair trading, we'll see you there". After escalating up several layers of management was finally told I would be given store credit to replace the faulty unit. Plan on using this to buy anything but LG. Have to laugh, would I recommend to a friend - no. But I would happily give it to an enemy.
Failed under warranty, Poor Customer Service,
Makes food and other stuff hot – Good little machine, has given us no problems. Food does not heat evenly although I have not found many microwaves that do heat evenly. The interface is straight forward to use. When you turn it on the light shines and you can see your food going around and around, just like every microwave. cheap, well built
Like this neat little oven – This 19 litre oven is not as powerful as the larger ovens, but is ideal for the smaller kitchen. I chose this model because it seemed more robust than the other brands. The turntable is big enough to fit a large dinner plate. The oven has a child lock which is easily activated, there are 10 levels of power, and lots of options such as one touch auto menu, quick defrost, quick start and add a minute. After reading the owners manual I found the oven very easy to operate. Very happy to recommend this microwave. 2 year warranty, compact, looks good, easy to use
