Purchased this microwave as it was the top-rated on Choice.com.au. Purchased in Jan 2026, now in September, the microwave has stopped heating. Everything looks fine, it makes all the right noises, but DOES NOT HEAT! It has one job, and at this it fails! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this product. Would NOT recommend The Good Guys - contacted them for a warranty return - but have to return in store - a 3.5 hr drive!
Purchased at The Good Guys for $349.
I HOPE Choice update their review. A good microwarve should last more than 7 months. TOTAL RUBBISH!

Had for just under 4 years and the microwave failed. The magnetron had a 10 year warranty but we still had to pay $100 to cover the labour of the repair. I would expect a longer life span from a higher priced appliance from a company such as LG.
