there are smart phones and then there is this – This phone is so low on internal space you cant download more than 3 applications without it filling up. lg must be trying to annoy people into buying better phone. i know i did. got an htc but unfortunately after more than a year of use it died. now im back to this crap box
Bad quality - slow and prone to freezing – I've owned an LG Optimus Spirit for about 9 months, and while it started out fine, I would not recommend one. It is very cheap for a smartphone, but you get what you pay for. It only has a small a mount of internal memory, and as that memory is used, the phone becomes very slow and prone to freezing, which happens very regularly. There is also a problem with the volume, where notifications are loud, while at the same time the ringtone is barely audiable. The LG Optimus Spirit is supposed to have GPS, but on my phoneit doesn't work and never has. Inexpensive not enough internal memory, poor sound, short battery life
Hey there, the customer service team recommend you call them on 1300 542 273 for further assistance. They say they'll be able to remotely login to your phone to identify possible causes and hope to hear from you soon.
Cheers!
I took it back to DIck Smith and was told the phone would never work with the few apps I installed, I now have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, a vastly better phone.
Inexpensive Smart Phone – Got this Phone on a pre-paid plan from Telstra for only $140, which is really cheap when compared to some Smart Phones that can cost up to $800! Been using it for 3 months now, and can't really fault it, it does everything that a Smart Phone is supposed to do. Great Value! Reliable, inexpensive and has heaps of features. Battery could last a bit longer, needs a full charge every second day.
I agree the battery could last longer .. I have no trouble with the phone after I learned to use it properly ...purchased at Coles
