Draws are rusting and coming apart after a couple years. Now I am getting AE Error and it is not working. Haven't had much luck with this dishwasher, sometimes it doesn't clean the dishes properly. Was great for 5 years then it stopped heating water. We called LG they told us to get it repaired. We rang the LG agent in our area & 4 weeks later he has never returned our calls. didn't use LGs agent their warranty means [Content Removed]. Our repairer is now saying he thinks it's the mother board/panel because it's intermittent. But we won't be spending another $450 on it. Waste of money, never again LG. DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. BE WARNED PEOPLE BECAUSE THEIR WARRANTY HAS EXCLYSIONS & NOT WORTH A CENT. BUY A CHEAPER DISHWASHER & REPLACE IT EVERY FEW YEARS. Best Dishwasher I've ever owned – I've had this dishwasher for 2 months now using it on most days and I cannot really fault it. have been using Finish and Fairy branded tablets along with rinse aid and salt in the water softening unit and it delivers beautifully clean and spot free dishes and cutlery every time. I've not played around with the different cycles much and usually just wash on the "eco" setting but it has more than enough programmability within its preset cycles plus 4 different downloadable cycles available on the LG ThinQ app (only 1 downloadable cycle can be held on the machine at a time). The cutlery tray at the top is fantastic, I have only ever had cutlery baskets in previous washers but I could never go back to that now. My cutlery comes out spotless everytime and not having a basket frees up space below for everything else. The wifi connection and app are handy for monitoring settings and levels but I was hoping for a little more functionality like being able to monitor and program washes remotely while not at home. Unfortunately it doesn't allow that which would have been nice because I often forget to program a wash before leaving for work, still that would be my only gripe with the machine. Overall I couldn't really be happier with this machine it has been fantastic and should hopefully give years of trouble free clean dishes.

Waste of money – Within months the clip holding the top spinner broke, the place of purchase wanted nothing to do with it and told me to contact LG, I didn't bother after terrible service with my washing machine, so I just cable tied it and left it, the cutlery basket is all disintegrated, just rubbish, now 2 weeks out of warranty the lights are all flashing and… Read more

beeping crazy so clearly an electrical issue. Beyond disappointed, I had been buying LG all new products thinking they would last over the last 2 years, have had nothing but trouble waste of money, $1000 down the drain.

Update: upon contacting LG I was advised it likely had a blockage, it didn’t. They agreed to send out the technician who’s admin was also certain it was a blockage (over the phone) and not under warranty, when the tech arrived he knew exactly what was wrong which was as I expected the control panel and has replaced it. He advised me it was a very common issue with these.

Had for three months, three service calls, leaked water randomly, damaged kitchen – About three months ago my wife and I purchased a LG dishwasher from JB HI Fi Townsville. service visit yesterday and then last night it leaked and now trips the power. Very low resistance between Active and Earth (Yes I'm a licensed electrician). Now JB Hi Fi have asked me to call the manufacturer (LG) and LG help center is not helpful at all. Yay.. Anyway... complete bucket of poo.... LG and JB Hi Fi.. Lackluster at best. Not impressed...

None stop issues – Shortest cycle takes 1hr 23m then last week it decided that it would change to 1hr 40m. We’ve done everything as per the manual and can’t change it. The bottom slide out draw constantly has issues, it’s gets stuck and off rails all the time. Cutlery basket constantly has to be reset height wise.
