Scam alert!!!!! – The lip gloss was good and I’d probably have ordered it again if not for the fact that the company is a scam. I ordered my lip gloss and was never told I’d set up an account. 2 months after ordering my product I get a notification that my VIP order is on its way. I checked my account and see they’ve charged me again. 3 hours later after email ms… Read more
and DM’s are sent I’ve discovered that when you order they automatically sign you up to receive order every 2 months!! They never emailed me confirmation of this but the CS rep sent me a screenshot of what pops up when you order - somewhere in the fine print all the way at the bottom it states you’re subscribing to receiving the same order every 2 months. How disappointing to have been duped by this company.
Now I understand why I didn't receive my new tube. I hope that I wasn't charged. Actually I love the cream – I actually love the product and hope that I wasn't charged for the tube that I didn't receive. I received 3 tubes but now it stopped coming. I didn't understand why until I discovered that it has been discontinued. Show details
Fraud they use your credit card without permission – I was sent more product Lifebelt Skincare and charge without my permission. I did buy from this company but after their fraudulent tactics will never buy again. Reporting this fraud Show details
Zero stars. Do not buy from this company and cancel your credit card – If you have purchased from this company cancel your credit card now. They will send more and more products without asking you and if you return they will deduct the Huge postage cost. Show details
Stay away from this product and company – Hated life cell and stopped using it after it made my skin look the worst it ever had! Didn’t bother to return it, which I probably should have. A couple of months later Life Cell debit my account and try to send an other tube of their product. I DID NOT authorise this!!! Life cell is a product you don’t want to buy into! Show details
Do not buy from this company. They are scammers – They are scammers. Beware of the products and term and conditions they have. The product takes 40 days to arrive but they charge your credit card before you have a chance to cancel it Show details
Huge scam – Product useless same complaint as most posts here I had to cancel my card so would stop billing chemist ware house has some wonderful products you can buy straight away Show details
I've had really good results with Life Cell – I really have had good results with this cream and I've also found the staff helpful and generous whenever I have had a query. So thank you! I'm always being taken as 10 years younger than my 76 years - a wonderful feeling! Show details
Product doesn’t work at all, if you mail it back for a refund they still keep billing your credit card at 2 x the price – No difference in fading of sunspots or wrinkles saw no difference after 60 days No irritation or adverse reactions, product didn’t smell felt smooth but again showed no difference. No skin scaring Show details
Awesome Product – A great product. Not greasy and I see a different in my skin. Neck is much tighter. Fragrance free. I would recommend to anyone. Auto ship ensures you always have the product available. Show details
The product is good. The dishonest, bullying, duplicitous selling tactics are shocking – I liked the feel of this product on my skin. I strongly objected to the bullying tactics employed by this company to foist more product onto customers. Too bad, as I really like the product. Show details
USELESS – Absolutely none! I am 72 yrs old & still look it. My skin has just as many wrinkles as previously. No wonder it is OFF the market‼️Sick & tired of company’s saying that they can make a huge difference! Guess, I will try to age gracefully & stop wasting my money‼️ Show details

Scam/Con – Scam or Con. What is the difference because this company is guilty of it all. Can't say if the product is passable or not but it is the method that this company uses that is the problem. A 30 day FREE TRIAL turned into 2 deliveries $189.00 U.S. ($265.24 Aus plus Foreign Transaction fee $7.96 Aus). I then had to cancel my Visa Card to stop any further charges. Fellow Australians please beware and don't be tempted to be sucked in. Show details
Read the small print people – I was interested in getting a sample of this product, but read the terms and conditions, as my mother was caught out once before with something similar. If you don't send the product back within 30 days of purchasing the product asking for a refund, you get charged the full amount. Problem is, it is shipped from the United States, so who knows when you receive it.
SCAN!!! – Big scan!!! They charged me $290 without authorization! Dont buy it. The trial should cost only $20, they get your cards details and keep charging it.
Big Scam – As written by previous postees. You order some cream and expect to pay postage and handling... fair enough - like a free trial in a magazine but it comes from overseas so happy to pay for the postage. Then $250 is taken and the next month another $250. I went to their helpdesk online chat to cancel but they couldn't do it. I was given an… Read more
international number but it said it wasn't connected.
I called my bank (CBA) and have lodged a fraud complaint but have had to cancel my card and get a new one sent so that they can't take any more money.
Disgusting behaviour that is detrimental to the other suppliers who depend on an honest online marketing campaign
SCAM – WARNING THIS IS A SCAM! I recently order this cream online. They charged me USD $189 which was twice as much as advertised. 2 weeks later they sent me another tube and charged me USD $163.50. This cream does not work and it is a fraud. BE AWARE!
SCAM - they take $186.00USD out of your account for the sample. We returned no credit – My husband thought he was doing something nice for me. I went to look at the product reviews and saw the catch. I then emailed them immediately and said we didn't want it. They said reject postage. However on the postage states 'recipient must pay for further postage' I sent back 7 days later, had 30 days to return. They say have not received it and have taken $284 New Zealand dollars. Angry
no good at all – Do not apply for the 30 day free trial. i was charged $18.42 then 30 days later without my consent was charged $238.93.. the stuff does not work and i did not see any results. currently taking further action
This product does not work – I order the trial product. Then after I received it I spoke with a rep and told her it did not work. I told her to cancel. They cancelled and two months later I received a charge on my credit card. Please be wise and do not order this product as it is a big scam.
I feel cheated – Thirteen days ago I thought I was accepting an offer of a sample of this product for $ 14.00 USD When I checked my debit account $ 214.00 USD was gone. After endless mails I was informed that the other $ 200.00 was put on reserve so that they can be sure that I have the funds available. Now I neither have my money nor their product. I would classify this as a rip off.

Customer service terrible – All fine when you buy the products however I purchased the organic restore cream which has done nothing for my skin. I contacted them to let them know it doesn't really do anything compared to the anti ageing one (original red and white one which was great) and my response back was rather rude in reminding me that the restore cream was basically… Read more
half the price of the other (in other words I didn't spend enough money) so unfortunately their customer service lets them down terribly. Rather rude, (wasn't looking for a refund) just wanted advice . If this is the way they treat customers then I will purchase off eBay.
Highly recommended – True story: I am a 50 year old professional male and have been using the product for 8 months. A client of mine walked in who I haven't seen in a while and her first remark was "what have you been doing, you look 10 years younger"
Great Product!! Great Value!! – Have been using this product for over 3 years, just love it. The longer I use it, the better my skin gets. Has plumped it and just feels and looks great. I first purchased from the US company, saw nothing about it being 'Free'. Just a 30 day trial & then you pay, pretty normal. But I have now found distributor in Australia, so I buy direct from… Read more
them. Still the same great product and great customer service. Have some friends now who are using it also. Just the best product, thank you LifeCell!!
Scam Beware!!! – They say you can try it for free for 30 days. What they don't tell you is if you don't return the product in that 30 days they will debit your credit card $245AUD in my case. It does nothing more than moisturise your skin which you can get from any good quality moisturizer. Keep your credit card in your pockets girls and boys.
Try again – I tried it once. It did not seam to make any difference. I have been asked to try in again. I will let you know the results after I have tried it for a while.
Can't find a shop in Melbourne – If I can't find it in Chemist Warehouse forget it. No credit card or mail order for me. I do not trust mail order using a card online. No good.
love it – Have been using lifecell All in one anti aging treatment over 2 years now, l get it from USA, l,m 66 years old and absolutely love it, have learnt over time not to use too much so it lasts over 2months, have even had to cancel an order as l still had plenty,no problems people are very friendly and helpful, maybe as l didn't,t expect instant… Read more
miracles(that does not happen) l slowly noticed a difference and l am happy with my results will stay with this product thanks Lifecell regards Tomma
Scam selling, less than average product – Sell you trial product then garnish your account for additional full cost. Overpriced. Only reason skins feels softer is from shea butter. No hydration. Can cause breakouts.
Lifecell is not what it's hyped up to be! – I ordered this cream from the USA and used the entire tube twice a day over 8 weeks. Supposed to be an all in one cream, but still had to use a moisturiser as it left my skin dry. So disappointed in this product as I had high hopes this was the cream that I would only need. Claims to have clinical grade key ingredients, but the concentrations of… Read more
the retinol and vitamin C are below 0.0125 %. Vitamin C is actually the last ingredient listed. So not really a cosmeceutical brand as advertised. You can find higher concentrations at 1 to 2 % of these anti-aging ingredients in other products for less than half the price. Did not notice any visible difference in my skin and I'm only 40. It did leave my skin feeling soft and was a good primer under make-up, but at $189 US, it's very expensive. Was able to get a refund of the product price only as part of the company's 120 day guarantee satisfaction, but had to pay for return postage of the tube. Left my skin feeling soft. Far too expensive for the low concentration of the key ingredients.
I completely agree with you tania
Lifecell Skin Cream – I am in my age of 35 years. I have been using this product for the last one month. Its ingredient consist of Acetyl Hexapeptide-3 that is an excellent alternative to Botox, Ascorbyl Palmitate this is another strong anti oxidant and source of Vitamin-C. My aging signs have started reducing. I am very happy with the results. Organic Product Show reply
