Earned $5 and they wouldn't pay me out and took three weeks to say - your account is deleted without any further discussion. I always give honest, thoughtful answers and am the member of other panels that don't act deceitfully like this. I know what the problem was that they suspected and how they have got it wrong but they are unprofessional and make arbitrary decisions that are rude and wrong.

Starts off great. Looks as though there are a number of surveys to collect points. 1. One can go through 75% of a survey (15 - 20minute later) then kicked out because a question was not answered to their liking - Thus - NO POINTS - but they have collected a lot of information - FOR FREE 2. Want to redeem with an E-Card yet they want your PAYPAL… Read more

details ??? How many times has PayPal been hacked>Heaps! Why do they need your Pay Pal details???? 3. No communication. Not only is there no AI chat bot, but you also become entangled in a series of AI question and answers. No resolution to be had. 4. No contact method at all. No email, no phone number - nothing. Am I angry - YES.

Had a survey 1500 life points for 90 minutes spent two hours on section one to find theres more sections after. It said I had ten days to complete and then it was removed the next day. Spent a month arguing with them by email. They never wanted to pay in the first place. What a waste of time

Scammers – Joined the panel many years, I actually enjoyed this site - surveys were relatively easy to get onto, they were straightforward and paid quite well, compared to some sites. In addition, the redemption process was always smooth. Then, out of the blue, my account was suddenly suspended without any notice or warning. Obviously I asked them why. I… Read more

received a generic reply which hinted at quality standards.

I asked for more information and specific evidence of any wrong doing on my part, but received no reply.

In fact, they never replied again, even when I offered to pay back all the money I had been paid since joining the panel, which is nearly $1200.

As others have mentioned, they took what money was in my account. I found the refusal to engage in any kind of communication particularly disrespectful.

As seem now, your company change to scammer my hard work reward, I will report to ACCC and social media network to get help.

Ripped off stay clear – Lifepoints are an absolute joke I worked my way up to $40 which I couldn’t even get out I had to get $25 it wouldn’t let me take $40 out. I had it put into my PayPal account like I’ve done with other review places only to be told I had to wait 5 days to be confirmed by PayPal I find it really strange when Survey Junkie and Valued Opinions pay you… Read more

straight away no waiting 5 to 10 days .:Life points also stole my money when I went to school $40 minus $25 equals $15 so why was I left with $12 Survey Junkie actually pay you extra because it’s in American dollars so when it goes in your PayPal you get a few extra dollars as it’s converted into Australian dollars … In the end I took out a $10 Uber eats voucher with what was left also have to wait 5 days for that as well as again it has to be confirmed. When other places give you Uber Eats vouchers immediately Why did I make $40 only to be given $35 ! And why do I have to wait for confirmation which is a 5 to 10 days for confirmation

They will treat you like a criminal – I have been a member for many years, since global test market days and up until recently nothing too negative to report. Until recently, I had always redeemed points for vouchers and there has not been a issue, that is until I connected my PayPal account and requested funds. I had accumulated over 80 000 points worth over $700 over months and many… Read more

hours. Not having used PayPal before, I decided to redeem $300 and make sure it was all fine. This occurred with no problems and I received the funds, so I proceeded to redeem the additional $ 400. This is where the problems commenced, as I see has happened to so many others. The redemption went through and according to notification and confirmation was being processed with funds to be in my PayPal account within 5 days. I went to log in to Lifepoints a couple of days later and could not, messaged the help centre and then came the response I have as per the T&C been deactivated. I have been completing surveys for over a decade with this company and not had an issue or claim that I was answering dishonestly until now. Message the help centre and dispute to receive the standard message that I have been deactivated due to violation of T&C and the decision is final. Have continuously tried to get answers of what it is that I have done, but to no avail. To get that amount of $ I would have completed well over 500 surveys and no issue! Go to cash out and there is all of a sudden a problem with my responses and integrity apparently. Something is not right! So be aware you might go fine for an extended period of time but there is every possibility that they will deactivate you without warning or regard and take whatever you have EARNED in the meantime. This with no explanation or legitimate reason given no matter how hard you try to get one. This what was most disappointing to be so actively involved for such a long period of time and then be treated like I have done something not legitimate when this has never been the case.

Unjust Account Termination and Lack of Transparency by LifePoints – I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LifePoints, and I feel compelled to share my story to caution others about their lack of transparency and questionable practices. I was a dedicated member of LifePoints, diligently participating in surveys and engaging with the platform. To my shock, my account was unfairly terminated based on… Read more

what they claim to be "Terms and Condition violations." Upon reaching out for clarification, I received a canned response stating that the violations had been "confirmed" and my account would remain closed.

What troubles me the most is their complete unwillingness to disclose the alleged violations or provide any substantial evidence to support their claims. In their response, they vaguely mention an "overwhelming" amount of evidence, yet conveniently avoid any specifics. It's deeply concerning that a platform can make such serious accusations without allowing members to defend themselves or even know what they are being accused of.

LifePoints prides itself on putting the member first, yet their actions suggest otherwise. They tout their commitment to transparency, but their refusal to reveal their investigation methods or provide concrete evidence contradicts this claim. This lack of transparency raises serious questions about the integrity of their decision-making process and their respect for their members.

While they mention the need to prevent circumvention of security measures, it's essential for a legitimate and ethical platform to strike a balance between security and fairness. By withholding crucial information and denying members the opportunity to address accusations, LifePoints is effectively denying them due process.

I urge potential users to seriously consider these concerns before investing time and effort into LifePoints. Unexplained and unjust account terminations can happen to anyone, and the lack of transparency in their practices is a red flag. As consumers, we deserve better treatment and clearer communication from platforms we engage with.

In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed by LifePoints' lack of transparency, their unwillingness to disclose evidence, and their hasty termination of accounts without proper recourse. My experience has left me disillusioned and wary of participating in any future endeavors with this platform.

noticed I hadn't received any surveys to complete.. I queried this and was told my membership had been suspended and all the points I'd accrued had been forfeited. They refused to give a reason for suspension saying this was " for security reasons". It seems when you accrue a large amount of points they suspend the account to avoid paying out. I appealed their decision asking what had I done wrong but refused to give an explanation. Be very aware suspension is without warning or explanation so if you have Lifepoints accrued redeem as soon as possible else they won't payout.

Vicious scammers, apparently based in the USA. Will block your account and steal your money using the same generic script, hitting you when you are about to redeem your points. Read other reviews and be warned. Do not be tempted to give them your personal details as you may also put yourself at risk of an identity theft.

Do not join this survey panel! – For no reason (apart from a generic list of 'possible' reasons), my account was suspended. Funny that it was just as I was about to redeem points for rewards! The 'communication' in response to my genuine surprise, was from a 'bot. I believe. Only later did I realise that many, many other people have had the same experience. Beware! Avoid!

False accusations – I gave been a member for years and went to redeem as per usual. They said there was a problem and to contact the help centre. I was sent a message and was told I breached the terms and conditions and all points will be forfeited and membership suspended. They listed numerous possible breaches yet gave no specific details when questioned. I have lost over $30 worth of redemption points and have done nothing wrong. Do not join this group!

Don't do surveys with lifepoints – Don't start doing surveys with this mob. They will suspend you with reasons that are not true and take your hard earned point as well. Avoid. There are better ones out there.

Do not fall for this scam company – Can I give a company zero stars? LifePoints is a total scam. They sign you up, you fill out your surveys and then they close your account to get out of paying you.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO LIFEPOINTS - they close your account and take your points – This company was good before it switched hands and became lifepoints. I had over $100 to redeem which I had been saving up pre Christmas. My account was unsubscribed without my consent or knowledge and I have tried many times over the past year to have my account reinstated and my points paid out with no acknowledgement or response from these people. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS.

Disappointed – I was with Lifepoints for many years and this week when trying to redeem my points for $100 I get the same email that many others have received to say my account is cancelled. What a disappointment ..They could have at least paid me what I am owed then got rid of me. My advice to others on here is to regularly redeem so you dont lose much..As a pensioner I was looking forward to this money to start some Christmas shopping..

Unwarranted suspension after 20+ years – I have (had) been with LifePoints - formerly MySurvey - for 20+ years, and just today have been kicked out, points forfeited, and banned from their site due to numerous falsehoods - one of them being "using inappropriate language, using multiple accounts", and several others. Scammers – If I could give them a zero I would! Don't waste your time! They don't pay but have your answers anyway. I'm sure they get paid to 'collect' opinions but they don't pass on the rewards to members. I'd been a member for years then out of the blue, my account was suspended and ALL points had been forfeited. When I questioned why, I was told that I had violated rules. No further explanation.

Be aware – I have been a member for many years. I have spent many hours completing surveys to the best of my ability. I recently went to redeem some points and experienced a problem. I contacted their help centre only to be told that they had suspended my account for apparently not answering question correctly or too fast. And then they had the audacity to invite me to do another survey. Obviously they do not like to pay out rewards !!

LifePoints Survey Panel – I have just read other reviews about LifePoints panel and my complaint is similar to others. Don't get your time wasted with them – I have been with the panel for years, accumulated over 20000+ points. Then they suddenly suspended my account and gave me a bunch of generic excuse of what I MIGHT have done wrong. I guaranteed I have always follow their guidelines, they refused to unblock me. vanish. Giving no particular reason as why they have suspended the account clearly means fraud. It has been done for those who have higher points so that they don’t have to pay out to them.

If the company is really not a fraud and full of cheaters, it should allow members to redeem their points before closing their accounts. Not allowing to redeem proves that the intention of the company is not good. They could have easily closed the accounts for future surveys after allowing the redemptions of all points. Moreover, this has been done without any warning, again speak about their wrong intentions.

Scammers – I believe this lot are a scam, I was blocked out in the middle of a survey and when I questioned them the generic reply I got was nonsense, it appears to me that if you don’t answer the survey in the way that suits the agenda then you’re out. Total scam would not recommend them at all.
