The product is designed to fail and will capture water and rust from the inside out. Be warned this product and Company relating to exclusive warranties offered for the advertised rust guarantee (10 years) will not be honoured. To give context we do not live near salt water or do we live in what there warranty states as Excessively High… Read more
Moisture Area. And if that doesn't fit their narrative to refuse warranty, despite you informing them of your maintenance of the product.
So a warrant initially was claimed after doing those inspections that 99% of most other owners would probably not do. However I am not one of those owners of things I buy, I tend to look after my stuff. I noticed the paint bubbling on three leg mounts when I looked further and when to perform "maintenance", the pain came straight off with a large portion of flaked rust. I got photos and quickly sent an email.
Initially straight away, it was a return email saying it was "wear and tear". After advising them of what fair wear and tear was, then a long drawn out back and forth of emails started. Initially they agreed to replace the three legs and asked me to check the part, I also asked about replacing the saftey matt at my cost as it was needed (for maintenance). Happy days right, I thought so too, but that only lasted for a brief moment.
I got right under and notice more bubbling panting on the other legs and wondered why, it was weird why these were rusting all in that one place and it appeared from the inside out. INSIDE OUT, very important.
So I updated the contact as Global Fitness (Lifespan) and then they replied with, "t is still considered as a high moisture environment" and "we reckon the period of time you have had this trampoline is possible for the trampoline to develope rust if no maintenance has been performed for 4 years."
I asked for explanations with zero answer to the questions. And have no replied to any emails since. Before they twist the story with what ever do with this. There is paper trail and yes I have reviewed on other sites and will continue to.
DO NOT buy any trampolines from lifespan! – DO NOT buy any trampolines from lifespan! They will not honour their 10year warranty. Customer service is awful. We only had our trampoline for less than 3 years and the rust on this had started well and truly from the day we got it. We do NOT live near the salt water so poor product but they blame you. Seriously go somewhere else and get your… Read more
trampoline! Tried to get Lifespan to replace some parts that were completely rusted out and all the welds were cracked. The response I got was that we voided our warranty as we live in a high salt content area! We live nowhere near the seaside and couldn’t answer me as to how they measure this. Long story short don’t buy their trampolines as they are poorly made, susceptible to rust and won’t honour their warranty if something goes wrong.

Not a great product and terrible customer service – I bought a 10ft HyperJump3 trampoline from Lifespan in December of 2019. It was set up in early January. We bought the basketball ring (never installed) and the anchor/tether system. It gets a bit breezy around our way so, we didn't want it flying off to Oz. It is fairly securely tied down and we haven't had any escapee trampolines, but... By June… Read more
the netting around the sides had multiple holes so we bought a new one. Freight was considerable. In February of 2021, 3 of the poles needed to be replaced. We ordered new ones, freight was considerable. When I say considerable I mean $70ish a pop. The delivery company dump it off at a freight forwarder who then charges me another $30 to bring it almost to where I live. I then need to get in my car, drive 36km to pick it up and then drive 36km home. Each time.
This week some of the net connectors have given up the ghost. I could get replacements - $3 each, bargain. I thought to order half a dozen because experience tells me I'll need more in the future. $65 in freight. I ring their customer service line, but they claim there is nothing they can do. They can't even pop them in an envelope and send via AusPost.
So my options are: . I take all the netting off the side and let the kids jump on it old school style, which only resulted in 2 broken arms in my household as a child . I pay the extortionate freight and associated costs . I buy a new trampoline, from a more considerate brand . We just don't have a trampoline
Wouldn’t buy this product again – Purchased this trampoline for Christmas in 2020 an it is absolute rubbish the net is crappy the poles wouldn’t even go through the top an it’s now all ripping ,it’s all faded the green things on the bottom Just break, their warranty doesn’t even cover the parts as two poles snapped on mine in the wind an I was told to put it on my home insurance .. would rather spend money on a Kmart trampoline they last longer !!! Do not buy this trampoline!! – Our trampoline is only 2 years old, the mat has already been replaced and the safety mat was flimsy and came off. We didn't replace the safety mat as sore no point in it and I was jumping on the trampoline with my kids (not close to 100kg) the hooks flung off and hit me in the back leaving sever bruising. If these hooks were to hit one of my kids… Read more
we would have been at the hospital. I contacted Lifespan with photos of my back and they really couldn't care less. The offered to replace the hooks , that was it. Why would I want to use this trampoline when it was clearly dangerous. If they have new improved hooks, why are the letting their customers use the old hooks. Complete waste of money!
Save your money – I bought this after reading great reviews. Am wondering what all those people are on about now.. 5 Children ages 15, 12, 6, 2 and 8m. First the net stiching came apart at the top and the whole thing was lose within 3 weeks, it was replaced no hassle. Then the mat stitching tore up and springs came off, again replaced no hassle. The frame and feet… Read more
are irritating as all hell and flimsy as!
Now the triangles holding the springs on in the mat are opening up, ughits just rubbish.
What an absolutely horrible waste of money.
Do not buy these trampolines – "Your little acrobats will be tumbling and flipping 'til their hearts content"... *but not for very long. Do not buy their trampolines. We very soon (right after their short "warranty" period) had a giant, degraded piece of trash in our yard. It's still just sitting there. Completely useless. My children of only 5 and 8 years cannot use it anymore... Haven't used it for two years. Massive disappointment Show details
Terrible quality – We set this up in August 2019 and the outer net lasted only 3 months before we had to remove it. The mat elastics have stretched and frayed so badly it can't be used now. Less that a year later it is no good! It was only used by a 9 and 6 year old. Waste of money Show details
Terrible mattress – My three year old used this trampoline 2/3 times a week. The mat stretched so badly that it’s impossible to jump on and it’s only 2.5 years old. Dont waste money on this horrible product. Show details
Do not buy – This trampoline took a long time to assemble. Within 12 months the zipper broke and netting deteriorated. Within 3 years there was no bounce. So disappointed in this product, i don’t recommend. Show details
Avoid this rubbish product – Bought 3 yrs ago and after very little use the mat and spring material has sagged soo much it's absolutely useless. Avoid this product. Disappointed kids and a complete waste of money Show details
Extremely disappointed – Bought this trampoline in 2017, replacing it this Christmas. This tramp is rubbish, no bounce, missing parts when delivered. 2 years and it is totally unusable!!! Do not waste your money! Show details
Do not purchase from this company – Purchased this trampoline last Xmas for our 3 kids. Was virtually impossible to assemble. Within weeks, the wire top holding the netting would fall from the top of the poles. With the slightest of breezes, we would discover the whole netting would fall down. The plastic connections at the top of the poles are completely inadequate. We ended… Read more
up duct taping the wire to each pole, but that still didn't work. One pole completely snapped off at the base. We ordered a new pole in October (and a couple of spares, because this is a really poorly made product & we foresee more breakages). Lifespan initially emailed us to advise that there would be a delay in getting the poles & they would be delivered in November. Then at the end of November, they emailed us to advise of another delay & now the poles won't be ready until "mid January". So a trampoline that we only purchased a year ago is not usable & the parts that we ordered & paid for in October, we may possibly get in January. They don't even reply to your emails. The worst shonky company ever. We should have paid the extra to buy a Vuly. Our 3 kids (6, 8 & 10) are constantly asking when is the trampoline going to be fixed.

Know better, choose better.
Absolute rubbish. Zipper and elastic used for springless failed within two years – Children 10y and younger. The trampoline seems safe when new but it doesnt take long for things to fall apart. The base feet are terrible, I replaced them with some rubber chair feet from Bunnings which work much better.
Disappointed Children – The trampoline i ordered arrived promptly however we went to put it together as a suprise for our 2 & 3 year old daughter's birthday's to find parts missing. I should have read reviews from others as this seems to be a common occurrence. We had 2 very disappointed children and no apology from the company. I am still waiting on the missing part… Read more
as trying to communicate with the help center is ridiculous. They only reply at night and once i reply it takes 24 hours to get a response. I was told boxes do not get checked when leaving the factory hence the missing parts, seems ludicrous!! Don't waste your time ordering from this company or be prepared to be disappointed!!!
Hyperjump spring free dont buy – Purchased trampoline less than 2 yrs ago Material springs stretch and deteriorate in weather need to replace at a cost of about $155 plus postage warranty only 12 months on mat and net zipper broke easily should of bought a cheaper trampoline instead of paying extra thinking would be better quality. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Missing box, missing parts, – ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Grandmother bought trampoline and swing set for children. Unable to complete the order via their website, it took days of backwards and forwards emails and phone calls scanning credit cards and ID’s before a purchase order was complete. Ridiculously close to a month later only 3 of the 4 boxes arrive… Read more
on my porch. No contact by the delivery company. Incorrect size of Trampoline was delivered and boxes that were not taped up but just held together with plastic strap. Bolts and screws etc are not inside a plastic bag - just thrown in box so OF COURSE NUMEROUS PARTS MISSING. Including the anchor kit for the swing. Holes are not drilled through the wooden swing frame and some holes not thick enough for the bolts. I have called and emailed and spoken to staff members on live chat and I keep being asked to take photos of faulty parts. I keep explaining they are not faulty but MISSING. Customer service girl was rude and still no resolution. I still have no idea when I will get the trampoline replaced and when I will get the missing parts. We should have gone with PLUM. I absolutely regret giving these people business. I mean how hard it is to get the missing bag of parts and get the missing box on a courier? shonky business. Do yourself a favour and give this company a miss completely.
Do Not buy - a huge waste of money – I bought the 10ft spring free Hyperjump for my son as a Christmas present in 2016. The elastic has perished and the trampoline no longer bounces. It has been positioned in a shady spot in the yard and received little direct sunlight. The company advised me that I should have bought their spring trampoline if I wanted longevity! They refused to… Read more
replace the mat and advised I should buy a $130 replacement.
I will certainly not be wasting any more money and would recommend you look for another brand.
I would not recommend this trampoline at all!! Terrible – Screws and bolts were missing in the box including the ladder so my trampoline has no proper ladder. A bolt was also missing for the frame of the trampoline. Still waiting for my missing parts after 3 days. The legs don't fit in properly at all so our trampoline has no legs at all. The net keeps falling off just after 3 days my husband… Read more
assembled it
Terrible quality won't ever buy this again as things made in China are not of good quality.
I don't think this trampoline is safe as missing at boot and don't have proper legs also since the net keeps falling off since the attachments where the net goes were not made well at all!!!
Would not recommend- hard to put together, poor customer service – This trampoline has been nothing but a headache! Impossible to put together (had to pay a professional). Parts of the netting came unstitched after the first week. Ladder does not line up with the exit making it difficult for the kids to dismount. Customer service dept is not helpful or willing to correct faults. Don't bother wasting hard earned money, take your business elsewhere.
Great middle of the road trampoline - Value for money! – We purchased this 5 months ago for our toddlers birthday. We purchased online at oo.com.au for about $430 and were able to get a 10ft tramp for the same price as the 8ft tramp through Big W (an alternative stockist). Delivery was quick, although outside of estimated delivery time. The tramp appeared easy to put together. My husband took a couple… Read more
of hours to work through it on his own and just asked for my help at the end to put the netting on. No complaints from him, he just plugged away. For the price I think the quality is fantastic. It's only been 5 months, but there is no indication of any wear and tear or damage at this point. My toddler uses it everyday, and particularly likes to use the net to bounce off which the tramp withstands easily, though of course she only weighs about 12 kilos. Compared to cheaper trampolines you can definitely see the difference in quality here. The padding around the net is a thick canvas, not the cheap pool noodle material that crumbles in the sun. Same again for the padding around the trampoline. It's a very thick plastic that can be reversed to show either green, or black. It's got a good bounce. My hubby, toddler and I use it together regularly - 3 of us at the same time. From day one the zip has always got stuck in one spot, but it seems to have got better, and not worse, with age. The ladder steps are surprisingly comfortable for bare feet and easy for my toddler to negotiate safely. The "springfree" component, is that the old style springs have been replaced with thick elastic bands. My only negative is that it would be great if it were supplied with more hooks to go under the tramp to secure the elastic bands. It just feels like there is not enough, allowing some gaps. I would highly recommend this tramp. So glad we went this way as opposed to the $200 alternative offered from other retailers for similar. It was difficult deciding whether to fork out that kind of money, but comparing quality you definitely get what you pay for. Originally I felt it was too big, and it does feel a monstrosity in our yard, but in terms of jumping space my 2 year old is growing in to it very quickly.
