explained to her, I'm a victim of domestic violence and the way she was speaking to me was disrespectful and triggering. She has no empathy or compassion for her clients, all she cares about is her paycheck. I'm now having to get legal aid to chase her for my grant money she claimed as she had currently done zero work for me but still thinks she's entitled to it.

No matter her skills as a lawyer, she's horrible to work with and needs to get a handle on her temper. No matter the situation, you shouldn't be speaking to people like that especially not people paying for your services.

Rude, Dissmissive, Excuses & Errors – A bad experience seen here at the Linda Emery & Associates organization. Rather expensive Vs results which were next to non-existent. would not release or return vital information in order for me to progress my case.... highly unprofessional. On occasions would cancel meetings, with short notice, and again, no care or apologies, just bad luck it seems. Instructions were given, and on one occasion Linda Emery & Associates, said they were confused, and would not follow instructions. Very unusual and unprofessional antics seen here. My recommendation is to avoid, or seek the opinions of other professionals with more insight.

It is 2 thumbs down for me.... a very sad experience, it seems it is an organization who is desperate for business, charge heavily, and don't look to build long term relationships.
