I bought Linen House Layla bluebell and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Looks even better in person and the ruched texturing is perfect! Show details
POOR QUALITY – Purchased from Harris Scarfe Maroochydore last week, Linen House 350 thread count Sheet set, Normally these sheets are over a $150 But were on special, so thought should buy a set as I have a set at home already and really feel nice on your body, but this new set is very prickly and rough, after washing this sheet set is very creased and fully… Read more
wrinkled. Also., I think the fitted sheet has shrunk. I will not use these sheets again, what a waste of money.
Cannot use sheets after one wash! – Bought from Harris Scarf Ulladulla. Used once then machine washed with resultant fully creased and wrinkles throughout. Cannot possibly use these very poor quality queen size cotton sheets. Never again! Show details
Poor quality – The design was good but after only one wash the seams frayed and let go. At the price absolute poor quality. Will not be buying again. Very disappointed after buying accessories to match Show details
Nice and soft with 50cm deep fitted sheets – This review is for Linen House brand Cotton Sheet set 500TC DB (purchased from My Linen, called 'Augusta sheet set'). I bought these because the fitted sheet is 50cm deep, really hard to find in a DB size. They've had one initial wash and I find them very soft with a nice drape a bit like bamboo sheets. The deep fitted sheet fits my mattress well,… Read more
though it's a little tight in width and length (but it could be that my mattress is a bit 'fat'). I notice other reviewers mention a rough or prickly feel, I'm not sure if they are talking about the exact same sheets, but I did notice mine definitely lost their 'sateen' like finish (like my other sheets) after washing, so maybe this is what they meant. It doesn't bother me too much, as they are still very soft, fit well, are reasonably priced, and they have a good range of colours too.
100% linen sheets from Aldi – After less than 9months the fitted sheet has died thin & ripped. The constant balls of fluff meant vacuming every day - unsure of where all this lint & fluff was coming from. Looks like the sheet was constantly breaking down. Extremely disappointed as I purchased thinking they will last for years. Show details
Kirkton House French linen sheets – I washed and dried these sheets several times but they still produce so much lint that it looks like snow all over my carpet. I have also been dusting my bedroom furniture to find it covered in a layer of white lint. I realised after coughing at night and 2 COVID tests later, that I was inhaling the lint in my sleep and it caused me to need Ventolin. Has anyone else had this problem with the Linen sheets? I can't be the only one. Show details
LinenHouse Cotton Sheet rough and prickly – I purchased a set of LinenHouse Cotton sheets in KIng size from Harris Scarfes Tea Tree Plaza. They are rough and feel prickly on your skin I have washed about 4 times and it make no difference. You cannot use them Should I be able to get a refund. Show details
Aldi sheets 500tc – I bought these sheets thinking I would give them a go. They were great just after first wash but balled in feet area in the first month. I followed washing instructions and they never went in the dryer! They wern't cheap either!!! My daughter has better quality kmart sheets on her bed that cost a fraction of the Aldi sheets. Wish Id just spent abit more and bought more canningvale sheets. I will never again purchase any linen from Aldi!!! Show details
Kirkton house 100% French Linen Sheets from Aldi – I absolutely loved these sheets and doona, however....the fitted sheet became so thin and holed within about 8 months! I would have thought you should get more than that out of a sheet...have NEVER had a sheet wear out in anything like that time frame! Wouldn’t buy this brand again! Linen is however beautiful to sleep in! I also notice these 100% French Linen sheets are made in China! Show details
Aldi sheets very disappointing quality – I bought 425 thread count cotton sheets from Aldi. Felt soft and silky before use but after first wash looked like crumpled rags. After being on the bed less than a week, the fitted sheet had pilled around the feet area. It now feels like there are permanent breadcrumbs in the bed. I had not kept my docket as the sheets had been in the linen… Read more
cupboard for six months before I used them. Management not really interested in comments about poor quality merchandise.
I wouldn’t recommend to buy Cotton House brand at all – I paid almost $200 for a queen sheets set from Bed Bath and Table in Baldivis . I was expecting a nice soft bedding as it was recommended from the sales person but that is NOT the case. I am not putting this bedding on my bed again, I can't believe I paid so much money for such a terrible product. Show details
Kirkton 1000 thread count sheets from Aldi – I have just purchased 2 sets of this range from Aldi they are amazing washed on cold gentle cycle as washing instructions and they washed up beautiful. I paid $89 for them and they are as good as the last set I paid $300 for and lasted only 2 washes due to shrinking. I would recommend them. Show details

Shrinkage on the before use wash – Linen House 250TC Cotton Sheet Set - Bought in charcoal, king single sheet set. I particularly wanted a deep wall fitted sheet. Specifically measured the new king single mattress which has a plush top although not that high, . Scoured the internet and found that Linen House and this particular sheet set made with deep wall, longer than the… Read more
standard, which will fit this mattress and still have the 'wiggle room'. Washed before use, exactly as per instructions including line drying. The fitted sheet has definitely shrunk by a few cms. Just managed to pull the corners down under the mattress. The flat sheet has too (although I had not bothered with measuring that). Very disappointed, and I hope that there will be no further shrinkage as that will make the fitted sheet not useful. Will now begin a new search for a sheet with a better quality. Giving it one star for the colour, and I do hope that there is not too much fading.
Not Impressed – I, too, bought my ksb sheets from Harris Scarfe and I thought, being Linen House, they would be a really nice product. Unfortunately, the top sheet is skimpy being neither long enough nor wide enough. :( Show details
Very disappointed – Very disappointed with these sheets the base has shrunk dramatically and now showing signs of pilling. Thought buying Aldi they looked a great bargain. Never again will I bedding from there! Show details
Massive Shrinkage of bedding from – Kirkton House 1000 count cotton sheet Queen size set from ALDI washed twice 1) Flat sheet has shrunk in length from 275 to ~240 cm. 2) Fitted sheet has shrunk from 203 cm 190 cm 3) Pillow cases have shrunk from 73 to 62 cm The two sets are now unusable. Food and wine OK though........!! Show details
Extremely disappointed – I was optimistic at the start, but once they started piling and shrunk I will never buy these sheets again from Aldi... I Love most other things I buy from Aldi, their Kirton House Bath Sheets have been fantastic Show details
dissapointed – Purchased two sets of linen house 300 tc sheet sets from harris scarfe , have alot of confidence in this brand as our bed sheets are amazing from linen house but are cotton sateen , thought being linen house and paying so much for these sheets that they would be nice but after washing them and putting them on the bed they are quite rough unlike the sateen sheets. will be buying sateen sheets next time . Queen Size Fitted Queen Set - Fitted Sheet Now Unusable – I loved the quality and finish of my sheet set, however the fitted sheet has shrunk so badly it is unusable. I don't own a dryer and it has been washed as per your instructions. Very unhappy.
ALDI king size sheets – Bought king size 1000 thread count sheets from Aldi and like previous post re queen size sheets they don't fit the bed. Will have to use them on queen size bed as no way they can fit. Will not buy sheets from them again. Not sure if it was due to washing them - but this shouldn't happen.
Aldi Sheets Disappointing – I had a similar experience as other reviewer. Was impressed at first. My 1000 thread count sheets seemed good value at about $90 but they have shrunk and never been put in the dryer. There is no way I can get them on my queen size bed. Unfortunately I bought two sets. A waste of money as they could only be used on a double bed and who uses double bed sheets these days!!!! Can't even give them away!!!

Worst quality sheets I have ever purchased !!!!! – Purchased a 300 thread count Linen House sheet set, they are horrid!!! Been on the bed for 1 week, they have pilled badly, the pillowcases have bleached from the sun, the elastic is exposed, and they wrinkle like there is no tomorrow!! I cannot believe how bad quality these sheets are. I buy most of my sheets from Target, 250 thread count, less… Read more
than half the price of the Linen House sheets and they are miles ahead in quality!! Target sheets or any other sheets that I have purchased have never, pilled, creased or faded like these. Do yourself a favour, and don't ever purchase Linen House brand!! I will never touch this brand again, they should be ashamed to sell such low grade products, absolutely appalling !!!!
Kirkton house sheets from Aldi – I recently bought a set of king size Kirkton house sheets from Aldi. At first glance, I was very impressed with the feel and the thickness of these sheets. Despite following the washing instructions they have shrunk so much that the fitted sheet no longer fits on my bed. So disappointed. $100 down the drain! Have contacted Aldi..I want a refund , waiting on a response.
Kirkton House Sheets Shrunk at least 10% – I was overwhelmed with jot when I found these beautiful 1000tc sheets.... and tried them on the bed before washing - they fit our King Size bed without a struggle - that made me even more ecstatic.... but this was short-lived. I washed them as per the instructions and went to put them on the bed.... and yes they shrunk - a little bit I could… Read more
understand, but now the fitted sheet wont fit over the corners of the bed... and have shrunk by approx 8cm in width. The length its hard to say if that has changed... because I simply can't get them on the bed at all!!! What a waste of $100. Sadly - because I thought I had finally found the perfect sheets.
A bit disappointing – I recently bought a Linen House doona cover set which is so beautifully soft that I decided to buy a sheet set as well (350 thread count). They felt nice in the packet, but after they were washed as per instructions and put on the bed, I was really disappointed to find that they weren't soft at all, in fact they resembled ones that I'd bought at… Read more
Aldi. I don't know what the difference was between the doona cover and the sheets, but my dreams of soft bedding were unfortunately not met. Other than not being soft, they seem to be good quality and don't feel as if they'll pill. Not soft enough for my preference.
PS - REALLY disappointed in these, second use and they're pilling! So sick of spending a lot of… Read more
Excellent – I am extremely confident in recommending these sheets, 300 thread count is comparative to commercial grade linen, which I sell online to hotels, the finish is great for domestic grade linen, the colour is longwearing, non pilling and non iron! These are fabulous sheets, for the price tag. I am so confident with these that I am now stocking Linen… Read more · 1
House myself on my online store. [url censored] I love this sheet set. I own an online linen store myself, and have purchased a couple of these for my home. These sheets offer a quality percale finish, with a tailored cuff that looks crisp and elegant on the bed. When washed I have found that the do not crease, and if taken straight of the line and folded, don't need ironing. I am extremely happy with this purchase, and can highly recommend them to anyone, looking for quality sheets without the price tag. Nothing, they wash well, wear well and haven't pilled in over 12 months of use, don't need ironing and look fantastic - what else could you ask for.
