Scammers – This company, along with Dannis Novelties and Kingdom Warehouse are all linked to same owners! Do not buy anything from them! They were tracked by Current Affairs previously and gave bunch of lame excuses. Awful, awful people. Show details

This “company” is criminal, never buy from here. I never received items, deceitful thieves – Bought items here in October. Transferred money. Never received items. No reply to several emails, and their phone number doesn’t work. No reply to Facebook message on their Facebook site. I’ve reported to bank and police, they are stealing people’s by money falsely advertising clothing and it’s criminal that this website is allowed to remain up. NOT a legitimate business, they’re thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - it’s a SCAM.

Terrible! Absolute Scam! Do not buy – I ordered a few lingerie pieces back in Novemeber 2019. It is now July 2020 and I have not received my items. There is no phone number or factory address on the website, and only a couple of my emails have been replied to saying they have to follow this up with their courier provider 'Sendle'. "Dannis Novelties" scam – I ordered an item from Dannis Novelties, 3 months on it hasn't arrived. They say it's in transit, their website says otherwise. Bank statement brought up Little Petites. Scam, beware

informed hmmm no l wasn't anyway just sent them another email saying it l don't get my order or refund l'll contact unfair trade and take it further. Avoid this company terrible customer service.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM – [name removed] appears to run other companies also. Kingdom Warehouse is one. Every review on that site is about how that company have scammed them. I too have been scammed. 12th March 2020 ordered from Kingdom Warehouse. No goods have arrived, promises of refunds never happen.

Avoid any orders with Little Petites – Placed order only 1 of 2 items received. Have emailed multiple times used contact on website. Not one single response. Terrible avoid this company. I should have looked at other terrible reviews first

Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend – Highly recommend this business. Has wonderful customer service, very pleased with my purchase. Will definitely be back to purchase again.

Go elsewhere!! – I ordered from Little Petites 10 days ago. Was told some items weren't in stock but somehow I still received an email with a tracking number that never activated on the aus post website. I emailed with a lady who said my order would be shipped soon via express shipping. Well today I had an email advising my order was called. $120 still not refunded. Girls, go elsewhere.

Terrible – Avoid avoid avoid!!! Spent over $70 and never received any form of communication from them nor items or a refund when I asked. It's been over 2 months.

Terrible – After order Facebook page disappear and no contact back from emails saying shipped but auspost tracking number and link show nothing put in on auspost page doesn’t exist, stay away

Havent recieved some of my packages and havent recieved my $20 refund – Haven't recieved my packages and my $20 refund. I have been waiting more than 2 months and they live near me. I emailed so many times.

Horrible Customer Service and threatened legal action – Order was placed one month with no sign of lack of stock, messaged two weeks later regarding whereabouts of order due to a lack of tracking or sent verification. Refund of 4th item was NOT arranged and when contacted, Customer Manager [name removed] threatened legal action without checking what was sent out or whether requested refund had cleared, asked for money to be returned yet did not provide bank details to return funds. [name removed] provided a screenshot of refund however did not provide realise that funds sent require a few business days to clear in an account.

Requested to speak to business owner to report horrible customer service, however [name removed] insisted the complaint was passed onto the business owner who had entrusted [name removed] to handle the matter, not a single word believed. Have reached out to business owner for input for this horrendous customer service experience and will relay all email trails to her.

Terrible – Paid for two items and within minutes they cancelled it on their end and gave no reason why. They said refund will happen but they avoided my communication and emails when it did not get refunded back. Please avoid. There is no number to call them. They now have my credit card details. But I’m about to change that.

pending (has not been scanned yet - which probably means that it has not been shipped at all). My payment has already been processed. I tried contacting them using their web form (they did not provide any phone number on their website) but they never got back to me. I am now still waiting for an update on my order and I have the feeling that it will never arrive. I could give 0 star if it was possible.
