hi there, just enquiring as i can see alot of people are too, in this feed has suddenly gone quiet,,no surveys for 2 weeks when normally at least one a day or more,i have been with for over 15 years and just double checking all is ok with account ,you have all my personal data on file, thank you kindly

I've been doing their surveys for a few years now. Live tribe used to be good, but now it is just crap. No surveys, long redemption times. Trying to get enough points to cash out and leave.

Account dissappeared – Why after many years of doing LiveTribe surveys would my account just disappear. LT claims I do not have an account! so angry as I had points.

Stolen points from me – This survey company might be a scam! I've been with them only for some months, and I checked my account and found that they removed most of my points that I earnt. Livetribe and they don't have the funds to pay their panellists!! Really!! If this is the case then why do they keep sending survey requests out to panellists? Used to be a good company but not any more, avoid at all costs!

an abundance of redemptions to get through, and promised I would receive my gift voucher within a week. I didn't receive it so I emailed again, they promised I would receive gift voucher within the next couple of weeks............ 3 weeks later I am still waiting!!

Avoid at all cost – Do not use this company for surveys, they just rip you off when you try to claim a reward, saying it will take 4 to 8 weeks to process, and then during this time they cancel/suspend your account with no communication or reason, and will not enter into any further discussion with you. Don't waste your valuable time completing these surveys when you will not get paid.

Slowest Redemption process Ever – I think livetribe needs to either hire more staff to process the redemptions, or stop sending surveys and clear out the payments of customers pending for so long. How is this fair to keep waiting for months for the time consuming surveys that we do only to get frustrated and mentally exhausted in the end by chasing our hard earned money every single time?

They don’t give you your reward when you try to claim it – I wasted a lot of time doing surveys and I tried to redeem my $50 paypal I wasn’t rewarded. I emailed them and they responded that they will suspend my account. Shame on them for treating people like nothing. No one does this job unless he needs the money. Good way to get a wide variety of cash/vouchers, does take time – I've been participating in Live Tribe several years now. It definitely requires you to spend quite a bit of time completing enough surveys to be able to redeem, but, a few times a year I redeem for GiftPay (I avoid PayPal cash/eftpos) You do need to wait up to 8 weeks, I suggest when you redeem, place a follow up on yourself to check in 8 weeks. … Read more

If you don't receive your vouchers, raise it with the support team, I had a firewall issue on my main email account and just asked them to re-send to another email account, and it's been fine. Appreciate other reviewers have had problems with getting support, I do have to say I have not had any issues myself with the support team, maybe it's because I focus on GiftPay redemptions only? I don't know, but maybe try redeeming GiftPay instead and see how you go.

unbearable – They bombard your mail inbox with surveys, and finally, if you earn points for a redemption of $50 or more and make a redemption, they are not going to send you the gift voucher within the promised long waiting period of 6–8 weeks. a positive reply, but nicely, they ignore your emails. Naturally, you get angry, use some harsh words, and send emails again. They expect the same behavior from you; take it as an opportunity to allege some illegal activity on your end, and then they will terminate your account forever. They use you for their surveys and reject your claim without mercy. I have only worst experience with them.

what we have earned. There are another two sites that deleted my account and withheld my earnings only when I made a claim for my participation in their surveys. Anyone out there experienced this disregard.

Big scam – They used me for their surveys and rejected my claim. I redeemed my points for a $50 PayPal cash credit. Even after waiting 8 weeks, money has not reached my account. They didn't even show manners by responding to my support request emails, but without any reason, they deleted my account. Now I can't login to their website. Rubbish.

Very slow at paying – I have been waiting for over 8 weeks for a $20.00 redemption but they don't seem to want to honour this so I won't bother with them anymore I send them emails but they ignore them so my advice be like me and give the mongrels a miss there are much better sites out there that pay immediately

the recent reviews, and I could see everywhere only negative reviews about this survey site, and from my experience, all are genuine. If I had checked about this company before, I would never have joined this survey site and shared my personal data with them. As a result, I wasted more than 25 hours on their rubbish surveys for nothing. This company is not even in any of the first 10 positions in all AU-based survey site ratings because of the long waiting period for payment once redeemed points and the low payment rate. Still, their fake claim is No. 1 in Australia. Very unhappy, and you better keep away from this rubbish survey site. There are many other legitimate Australian-based survey sites far better than LiveTribe that promise a fair amount for their surveys.

account been suspended due to 2 reasons which have shocked me ! As I would never do anything to try and get in trouble because I love completing surveys. I would recommend to stay away, I had lots of points to and now I cannot claim any rewards which is really upsetting.

Do not recommend – I have been a member with LiveTribe for more than 4yrs. Beginning it was okay and honored my claims even though it took more than 10 weeks. Last one or two years it gone worst in paying claims and frequent website issues stop from claiming rewards and other activities. I made 2 claims almost 3 months back and both are are not honored. Poor service and slow to get rewards – Very unhappy with this. Won a competition apparently, redeemed for paypal payout. 6 weeks later absolutely stuff all. Replies from the customer people is poor.

Not anymore – Used to be ok but never respond to support requests including chasing up my payment which is now 10 weeks from claiming!

STAY RIGHT AWAY – Just ban you because they feel like it you don’t get enough surveys anyway and they take more than 6 weeks to pay you NOT WORTH IT

Plenty of surveys, but tardy with rewards – Livetribe are happy to bombard participants with surveys, BUT once you accrue a certain number of points and redeem it for a reward, they take more than 2 months to send you the reward. I have stopped participating because customer service sent me an email saying " your reward will be granted, but we don't know when". Dodgy as!!!!

A little extra money for doing surveys in your spare time – An easy way to earn a little extra money while doing surveys from your home PC, LiveTribe surveys make it a simple job to do in your spare time. LiveTribe from my experience seems to be an honest and reliable company.

Waste of time – Slow to earn points, very slow to pay & website issues preventing access to account. After more than 10 yrs I am deleting my account as they do not pay a fair reward for the effort you put in for surveys. but in their view once we claim them, we should wait between 4-8 weeks, then you still have troubles with them. Not worth anybody's time. Most of the surveys they put up are 700 points and $1 = 782.5points, so you make up your mind, but in the 15 years plus I've been with them I'm fed up, plus there has been NO rise in the worth of your time. You basically have to do 15 surveys just to earn $10. Some of these surveys are so lengthy, I'm pretty sure they put multiple surveys in the one, as they are not always about the same subject matter, just them being dishonest & squeezing every last bit out of you. They should be held accountable, but are not! Don't go anywhere near them! If you do, take a photo of everything, they cannot be trusted. Unfortunately I am forced to score them a 1, but they deserve a zero.

another member had mixed up email addresses and my reward would be paid. After contact again to get points reinstated I redeemed them for whatever I could and told them I no longer wanted to be associated with this company. No apology for the accusation but for the inconvenience. Obviously they stuffed up and the situation was handled in a very bad way on their behalf especially as they accused first before investigating. Plenty of other opinion sites to choose from offering better or similar rewards.

Great survey site – Live Tribe is a great survey site where you can earn rewards for doing surveys online. It is great to be able to do surveys and get rewarded for doing them. In the last 2 months I have managed to get 2 $20 giftcards which is really awesome and a great incentive to keep doing surveys. They will send you an email when there is a new survey available
