Please go and check it all out for yourself. The terms and conditions are very clear. I know alot of people dont bother reading them then get angry when something didnt go the way they thought.. but its been very clear from the start the way it all works. Basically buy a membership to get discounts at stores.. that is what your paying for. Because you brought your membership you now are given free entries into cash/cars etc prizes. Clearly like any raffle you have a chance to win.. that doesnt always mean you will.. but you definitely do get some amazing discounts at stores. Then you also can accumulate your entries.. you have certain times of the year where you can use these.. im not sure why I just read a whole bunch of reviews complaining of this when its been in the ts&cs since I became a member... Adrian is an amazing guy doing more for us as a country then most others. We cant all be winners.. but atleast his up there giving us all ago.. I won a mini prize an air fryer oven, it’s great haven’t used my oven since getting it delivered. It’s not the big prize I was hoping for, but have fingers crossed I’ll get that call one day

Cancelling my membership since they’re outlawing the giveaways and not surprising there’s no mention of it from Adrian or LMCT+. Scam of a business that reports and deletes any review that is not 5 stars from their google maps listing. It's another $20/month (starting) subscription, this time for fuel, just as hard to cancel. Refuses service to non-members. Taking advantage of the fuel crisis and people who can't do math. If they're buying "wholesale fuel" why not just offer lower prices without the subscription

My mother is a 70-year-old pensioner, an ex cancer patient twice over, who has had two transplants, a stroke, and has lost both her parents and her sister in the last five years. She is vulnerable, she is grieving, she is on a tight income, and LMCT+ has absolutely taken advantage of her.
When I called, I left a message and received no immediate response. My mother then got on the phone with one of their staff, who showed zero empathy and bluntly told her that no refunds are possible. No care, no compassion, no accountability. Just scripted lines and an attitude like they couldn’t care less.
To tell a 70-year-old woman on a pension with a long history of medical trauma that she should have been checking “terms and conditions” or “monthly reminders” is a disgrace. She didn’t sign up to donate to LMCT+ for the rest of her life. If I hadn’t checked her account, she would have been charged indefinitely.
LMCT+ should refund every single payment after the first one in November. Taking nearly $300 from a vulnerable elderly woman and refusing to return it is predatory and unethical. For a company that claims to help people, you do the complete opposite.
Your organisation needs to make your sign-up processes safer for the elderly and vulnerable, not exploit them. Right now, LMCT+ comes across as careless, money driven, and completely lacking in basic human decency.

Follow-up · Hi all, to cancel process was easy but this process only stops renewing your yearly membership and there is no refund for what you have paid. The signup was pretty straight forward and easy which only took a couple of minutes. I cannot tell you much more about the benefits as my sole purpose was to join for the fuel discount.

“Bro I’ll make money on this.” 3,400km later I’m seeing road signs blink at me, hands vibrating like a dodgy idle, and I’ve had so many Flip Sides my blood type is now “Tropical.” Pulled into the servo absolutely cooked. Didn’t even park properly — just sort of arrived. Filled the tank, saved about $40… which is elite considering the trip cost me two grand, a chunk of my sanity, and possibly long-term brain function. Told the bloke behind the counter I came from WA just for the 99.9c and he just goes “yeah righto” like this happens every second day. No judgement. That’s real service. Fuel? Mint. claiming that entries are “based on the tier at the time of generating.” Yet, when I initially downgraded, the new entries were added to my old total, proving that they could preserve them if they wanted to.
It’s clear they’re trying to pressure customers into upgrading to higher tiers by holding entries hostage. This feels like a scam and completely unethical. Despite several complaints, they refuse to resolve the issue or take accountability.
If you value your time and money, avoid this company at all costs. I’ll be escalating this further and pursuing legal action if this is not resolved.

Cancelled membership in January continued to direct debit over February and March. Had to raise to consumer affairs because their support initially denied the deductions and said the subscription cancelled, then asked for the date and time of the agreed deductions. Absolute fraudsters, no bonus entries uploaded until after the draws finish if at all. Should be shut down they just steal money and won't return it, even when provided with an audit trail of the amounts being deducted and the prior cancellation.

I'm not a user of lmct but I can just see that the profit margins in comparison to what the winner receives each month is nothing in comparison to what he gets. he should be giving more but he gives nothing and takes everything, opposite of robinhood takes from the dumb and gives all to himself and that is all his business philosophy is about. Oh and people that support him are the bottom of the barrel, just saying.
