They keep changing things for the worse. Hiding the marketplace, making the rewards worse. Like I know this is their business but they’re just praying on gamblers and rewarding their own mates. The average person gets absolutely nothing out of this membership. Really dislike it. Would not recommend.

amount nothing more and given receipts some times more generous offers. As Members we do get access to alot of companies services so can’t complain. All Admin answer my requests or questions without hesitation lovely people help anything you need always answer promptly. I’m taken back in a respectful sense by the Company Director Adrian Portelli generous and amazing different ways helps people and families live their dreams and does wat can to help people from all means . I think he offers Hope most people lost years ago cares more than people ment to like our Leaders do nothing about housing crisis or way we live . I feel he goes out way to be fair by offering goods , prizes , most can afford even one dollar for major prize ! My point is I look around to wat life used to look like and it’s just so hard and feel for others to why I’m always happy for others wins. No one is made to do anything or over spend it’s up to you to be responsible and if your a member you are entered in all draws all very transparent. customer service was amazing , fixed an issue i created by accident with my 5 year membership lapsing and paying a new one not realising i wasnt paying for my long term account, helpful on phone and all sorted within minutes, back to being a legend

back the following day, they were able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction and took the time to provide an explanation and their staff member was pleasant to deal with. A reasonable outcome eventuated so I'm happy to acknowledge they're good to deal with.

I cancelled my subscription a few months back. I wasn't charged for a couple of months then I discovered they have started taking money out of my account again. I have screen shots of the cancellation but they are refusing to refund my money. I have also asked them to delete all of my info but have yet to hear back. Cancelled membership in January continued to direct debit over February and March. Had to raise to consumer affairs because their support initially denied the deductions and said the subscription cancelled, then asked for the date and time of the agreed deductions. They aren't agreed, there's no date or time because they shouldn't be happening.… Read more

Absolute fraudsters, no bonus entries uploaded until after the draws finish if at all. Should be shut down they just steal money and won't return it, even when provided with an audit trail of the amounts being deducted and the prior cancellation.

I'm not a user of lmct but I can just see that the profit margins in comparison to what the winner receives each month is nothing in comparison to what he gets. he should be giving more but he gives nothing and takes everything, opposite of robinhood takes from the dumb and gives all to himself and that is all his business philosophy is about. Oh and people that support him are the bottom of the barrel, just saying.

This is a scam. They set up these screens in places like Westfield. Make it seem like you're getting a discount on buying lotto tickets, but then you don't get to sign up or register. If you try online, it will force you to pay for membership. SHAME on places like Westfield for allowing this. DO NOT waste your money. This is theft.

Kept charging monthly subscription even after I cancelled and confirmed membership cancellation. Keep away from them at all costs. Unsubscribed from emails etc but keep getting contacted which is harrasment

Over 3 years ive been loyal, and now this is my 5th draw that magically my subscription and all my accumulated entries have become inactive. Happy to activate after any draws have been done. Complete joke!!

get is partners not found!! They have a few pages with some preferred partners, couldn’t find any discount code to use on these, you just get taken to the partners website, certainly not the 2000 that they advertise. A lot are only available in a certain state or country, don’t know how you access any discount.

I was going to try it before I got a membership, but now I wouldn’t bother.

They renewed my yearly membership without asking me. I phoned them as soon as I saw my bank account withdrawal and they said I would need to wait another year. I’ve been trying unsubscribe from receiving SPAM and have been unsuccessful because I can’t even login to my ‘account’.

Quick to take your money, however will never reply to a contact for support. The benefits are really only available in cities, and the way they run the draws and the number of draws changed without notice
