Scam of a business that reports and deletes any review that is not 5 stars from their google maps listing. It's another $20/month (starting) subscription, this time for fuel, just as hard to cancel. Refuses service to non-members. Taking advantage of the fuel crisis and people who can't do math. If they're buying "wholesale fuel" why not just offer lower prices without the subscription

My mother is a 70-year-old pensioner, an ex cancer patient twice over, who has had two transplants, a stroke, and has lost both her parents and her sister in the last five years. She is vulnerable, she is grieving, she is on a tight income, and LMCT+ has absolutely taken advantage of her.
When I called, I left a message and received no immediate response. My mother then got on the phone with one of their staff, who showed zero empathy and bluntly told her that no refunds are possible. No care, no compassion, no accountability. Just scripted lines and an attitude like they couldn’t care less.
To tell a 70-year-old woman on a pension with a long history of medical trauma that she should have been checking “terms and conditions” or “monthly reminders” is a disgrace. She didn’t sign up to donate to LMCT+ for the rest of her life. If I hadn’t checked her account, she would have been charged indefinitely.
LMCT+ should refund every single payment after the first one in November. Taking nearly $300 from a vulnerable elderly woman and refusing to return it is predatory and unethical. For a company that claims to help people, you do the complete opposite.
Your organisation needs to make your sign-up processes safer for the elderly and vulnerable, not exploit them. Right now, LMCT+ comes across as careless, money driven, and completely lacking in basic human decency.
Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Shame on you.

“Bro I’ll make money on this.” 3,400km later I’m seeing road signs blink at me, hands vibrating like a dodgy idle, and I’ve had so many Flip Sides my blood type is now “Tropical.” Pulled into the servo absolutely cooked. Didn’t even park properly — just sort of arrived. Filled the tank, saved about $40… which is elite considering the trip cost me two grand, a chunk of my sanity, and possibly long-term brain function. claiming that entries are “based on the tier at the time of generating.” Yet, when I initially downgraded, the new entries were added to my old total, proving that they could preserve them if they wanted to.
It’s clear they’re trying to pressure customers into upgrading to higher tiers by holding entries hostage. This feels like a scam and completely unethical. Despite several complaints, they refuse to resolve the issue or take accountability.
If you value your time and money, avoid this company at all costs. I’ll be escalating this further and pursuing legal action if this is not resolved.

Cancelled membership in January continued to direct debit over February and March. Had to raise to consumer affairs because their support initially denied the deductions and said the subscription cancelled, then asked for the date and time of the agreed deductions. Absolute fraudsters, no bonus entries uploaded until after the draws finish if at all. Should be shut down they just steal money and won't return it, even when provided with an audit trail of the amounts being deducted and the prior cancellation.

I'm not a user of lmct but I can just see that the profit margins in comparison to what the winner receives each month is nothing in comparison to what he gets. he should be giving more but he gives nothing and takes everything, opposite of robinhood takes from the dumb and gives all to himself and that is all his business philosophy is about. This is a scam. They set up these screens in places like Westfield. Make it seem like you're getting a discount on buying lotto tickets, but then you don't get to sign up or register. If you try online, it will force you to pay for membership. SHAME on places like Westfield for allowing this. DO NOT waste your money. This is theft.
