Handload service – Had 2 boys come out this morning loaded up a whole heap of rubbish 10/10 would recommend fast and friendly service I’ll be using these guys again in the future.

After many attempts of calling this company with no one answering, finally they called back stating it would be collected in the morning but if it was still there by lunch to call back which I did due to still no collection. When I called I was answered by the male owner who began to yell and swear profanities at me. Vicpol were notified. Thankfully the bin has now gone. Please do not use This company.

Pick up your bin! – Remove your bin from my property immediately bad customer service. I have been ringing for over 4 days. Telling me what I want to hear to move me on.. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

**** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY **** – They dump the rubbish in rented warehouses then do a runner when the warehouse is full. They don’t pay rent but leave a huge bill for the owner. They should never be allowed to do business with anyone.

DO NOT USE – We had a bin delivered on 15th December, to be collected on the 17th December. It’s now 26th January and the bin still hasn’t been collected. I’ve left voicemail, spoken to someone who promised it would be picked up ASAP (over a week ago!), and had my follow up text message ignored. Definitely do not use this company! Wish I’d checked out the online reviews before choosing them. Paints a very clear picture of how they do business.

Absolute scam company hidden behind fake property addresses and multiple names – This company runs a scam. they use other companies bins sent to your address, take the money, don’t pick up the bin and then don’t pay the sub contracted bin company. all contact through the multiple numbers and many names such as bayside skips, south coast bins, melbourne skip bins. all under one abn. Any phone contact is met with lies and rudeness. Do Not use

DISGUSTING COMPANY – Told us what we wanted to hear, have the bin, AS LONG AS YOU WANT, got his money and took bin 3 days later empty. When rang and asked he abused us and said he would come and sort us out, called my wife all sorts of names. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Scammer - all the bad reviews speaks for itself – Paid upfront for a bin and bin but when it got delivered was smaller than agreed on. When I complaint they came and took the bin early telling the driver to dump everything in my drive way

Saturday morning and when I returned the skip was gone. I called and left so many messages, they did not return my calls and wouldn't pick up. I sent a message via messenger, again I was ignored. I asked for a refund or for a bin foc the following week, no response. I called again and again and again, finally a lady picked up and said she would look into it - they didn't come back to me. I called several more times and finally [Name Removed] picked up. He was rude and came across as aggressive, he stated that the bin was full according to the guy who picked it up early (just because he was passing by my house). He said they take photos and he has photo proof. I requested a copy of the photo as the bin was not full. He asked for my email so he could send the photo - he didn't. I sent several more texts. I called from a different phone, he picked up and asked for my email again. The photo never arrived. I sent a messages asking for a 50% refund - I didn't get a reply. Never use this business. Customer Service is non-existent and [Name Removed] was rude.

Don’t use this business - dishonest – Booked the mini skip, said we wanted it for ten days, they said no problem. Bin was delivered and again the person said no problem to have for ten days. Came home to see bin had been collected after 3 days. Called the business who denied it was ten days and then hung up!! Don’t bother with them ever!

Amazing !! – What an amazing company!!!!! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars, because you well and truly deserve it. Delivered the bin when I needed it, accommodated additional bins on the same day- stupid me undersized what I actually needed. I will be recommending you to everyone!

Stay Away !!!! – Ordered a skip and when the truck delivered it dropped oil all over my driveway, I’m talking 60-70 drops the size of a 20c piece and a couple of larger ones. more, not as bad as first time but more nonetheless. When I called them up to complain, I was told the truck didnt leak oil and I was making the whole thing up. The guy then dropped a profanity at me and hung up. Poor Poor service, wont ever use or recommend them again.

Don’t Bother! – This company is all about “make money first” and the customer be damned. I could explain the whole scenario we went through with this company but there is not enough space. Wrong size bin/no customer service/threatening drivers/anti-competitive behaviour and more. What more can I say...

Very poor service – A skip was delivered to my home last Friday with a request for it to be removed on Monday. I noted on email from AWR that 'Please note that due to current COVID-19 restrictions there may be delays in the collection of your skip bin, we aim to collect within 2 business days of the collection date on your booking.' early Wednesday. Didn't happen. I rang AWR Wednesday lunchtime and explained that I was expecting deliveries which could not be made with the bin blocking the driveway. I was assured that pickup would be prioritized. It's now 3 pm Thursday. Deliveries were cancelled and work has been delayed.
