Easy and supportive experience – Using Lodge to assist us with managing our rental property has been great for us. We tossed up between listing with a local real estate or self managing our rental ourselves, and then fortunately came across Lodge. I had great assistance and reassurance from the Team prior to even paying anything to join. The platform is really easy to use, it has all the documents required at hand to sign up a tenant and the ability to upload contracts, entry report and so on. We are notified when the rent is paid and all is good! It was actually really good to create our own ad for the advertising and Lodge uploaded it on to the various rental sites, and it was really good to hold the open days and for us to choose our great tenant without having an agent involved in that process, and it is saving us a lot of money by only paying the small monthly set amount to Lodge, not a % of the weekly rent. All staff have been quick to get back to me if I have a question, highly recommend the program and thank you to the team.

A great tool for anyway self managing a rental property – After attempting to use my local estate agent to manage the property who had the listed for 4 months and couldn't find a tenant I investigated DIY options and discovered LODGE. In 2 days I had a tenant, signed the lease and had them moving in within 3 days. The online platform is really easy to use and has got a lot of potential! I can't recommend the platform highly enough!
