Logitech Professional Presenter R700 / R800 Questions & Answers

I have a Logitech Professional Presenter R700. I use it for meeting presentations but haven't used it for 12 months due to COVID. Went to use it today and it's not turning on. Assumed it was battery function after so long so replaced them and checked terminals for deterioration but it's still not turning on. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a reset or something else I can do? Thanks.

Thanks SadMacUser. It's a plug in and play device which I've used on the same laptop for about 2 years. Can you tell me what the app is that I need to download?
