Logitech UE BOOM

Worked well until it stopped working – The product worked perfectly for 12 months. After 12 months it just stopped working, would not charge, even after changing chargers. I tried to lodge a warranty claim, however, as I got this as a birthday gift I had no proof of purchase. I tried to give customer service the serial and model number, as they should be able to trace their products, I was treated quite poorly. Very disappointed with the service and product.

UE Boom 1 – Awesome speaker. Good sound. So good looking that its crap. Tasteful colour range e.g. grey and yellow lining. Sometimes has some problems connecting which annoys me crasp. Apart from that, its lasted a long while and served us well. Show details

Disappointed – I’ve bought 3 ue megaboom 3 and one ue boom 2 . I’m using them with the party mode and I’ve got trouble every day . I have to connect them all the time as they’re loosing the Bluetooth every 10 to 20 min. This is very annoying. Show details

Can’t handle the sound volume or songs being played – This product is no good. I been having trouble with it the past year and a half with it shutting off randomly and weird sounds when turning on. The company said they cannot do nothing for me as their updates are ineffective. $200 down the drain and will not buy again ever!!  Show details

fault it's function and performance. It's always been an awesome party speaker and something that's been good for a medium size living room. I would definitely get this speaker again and look to future revisions.

Great – Just got this bad boy a few days ago. Surprised at the volume this thing can go to and the quality output. A bit more expensive than some of the other devices on the market, but you get what you pay for. Also the battery life is awesome, I can't wait to use this for our next party.

Great little piece of equipment! – Love how this speaker sounds. Really worth the money if you want something that's decent quality. VERY durable and highly portable - can even be hung on a hook because it has a loop attachment. Great long lasting rechargeable battery. What more can I say? Looks great, sounds great!

Good.... but not too bad – My daughter has Bose soundlink mini which is nearly same size as UE Boom. Personally I prefer the sound of Bose soundlink mini to this UE Boom. Soundlink Mini, the sound range is a bit narrow and base tune is not that solid. Maybe that's the sound for the price you pay for. I would pay $100 more to buy Bose soundlink mini if I can.

A product for you and friends – Up to now I've been using a Logitech Boombox which sounds great but is bulky and performance on battery is not good. ($300). i got the impression that the Boom had been surerseeded. Bose stores are usually very quiet and the demo of the Soundlink Mini was impressive. The Longitech demo in JB HiFi had to cope with a lot of background noise but both the the Boom and Megaboom sounded very good and apart from volume I couldn't tell the difference. I bought the Boom at Officeworks for $150 and could not believe the sound quality when I got it home. It fills a large room and pool deck (for an average BBQ not a 21st birthday party). This is a product for you and friends not the neighbours. BT pairing is reliable (extremely important), sounds as good on battery as on mains (important for the beach, the bush, the back yard), great battery life, even used it in the shower (not on the floor!). This is a knockabout companion. OK, the Bose Soundlink Mini might shade it on sound, in a dark room, while meditating, bit I suggest you buy a good set of earphones for that.

Don't waste those 3 weeks like I did, just buy the UE Boom speaker. It's an amazing price for what it is and it's lived up to all its promises so far!

Great Bluetooth speaker – I wanted a speaker with a bit of quality to its sound and the Logitech Ultimate Ears delivers in spades, it feels nice and solidly built and being splash proof is a bonus. It is extremely easy to use with my devices and sounds loud enough for my outside activities, I am very pleased with it's performance.

Sound fantastic tuff little speaker – l bought this speaker 6 months ago love it , has to be strong when we took it on a caravan trip left it on the bench first thing l saw when l opened the caravan door was UE Boom on the floor still working , l also purchased a Standmore Marshall speaker at the same time , don't get me wrong it awesome but too big to carry around my go to is UE Boom

Go buy – excellent sound for a portable speaker. Friends over for bbq all asking what speaker it is. Great sound & splash proof for around the pool. Off to buy 2nd speaker as its one of the few portable speakers you can link with great Sound. First review I written as products don't often deliver.

I got mine for $129 with free shipping through Logitech Shop Australia and have found that these guys have run a deal every other month for a short period of time that smashes the retail price and makes it a much more affordable buy. Design, Fast Charging, Big Buttons, Water Resistant No Airplay, Doesnt improve my singing

Fantastic little speaker – The sound from the UE Boom is amazing, I didn't expect the beautiful rich bass and crisp clear treble sounds from such a small speaker. I will definitely but another to make a stereo pair. I also love the wake-up alarm. Logitech have produced a terrific product for sheer listening pleasure. Rich bass and clear crisp sound, amazing technology. Nothing!

Great little speaker – Definitely recommend this one. I did lots of research and this was rated one of the best in the price range. I brought this from harvey Norman and the salesperson really tried to push the jbl until I said he needed to listen to the both of them and we did......needless to say the difference in sound quality was really obvious and he agreed with me after listening. So do be aware and in the $200 range this is in my opinion far superior.

was disappointed- it just sounded too muffled for me. Almost gave up on the mobile speaker idea & then I heard the ue boom & was sold. Give it a go- you might like it as much as me! sound quality. feels solid & well built. usb charger. optional colours. easy to use. can't think of any negatives.

Best bluetooth speaker on the market – I dont normally impulse purchase but after i heard this at JB i had to have it. The sound quality is incredible with excellent bass and the volume is brilliant. The unique design means the sound comes out in every direction so it's great to sit in the middle of things. Easily paired, compact and very well made. So happy with this purchase!! Great sound, great battery, easy to use Mine's white so may mark - but hasnt yet!!

Loud and clear – I have been waiting forever for a good quality portable bluetooth speaker that I can use outdoors and this one takes the cake hands down. I was a bit hesitant about paying $160 for such a small item but I believe it's worth every cent compared to the others on the market with half the output and half the battery life.
