Unhelpful – I have one of their tanks in my vehicle. I had a question relating to an issue with the tank so I thought I would contact them as they say on their website "For more Information you can contact us on (02) 4953 3288 and talk to one of our helpful sales staff, fill in our Online Form or make your way to your nearest Authorised ARB Store" So I filled… Read more

in the online form and got..... NO REPLY. I sent a second request and then got.... NOTHING AGAIN. Rang and left a message and finally got.... NOTHING, ZIP, NADA. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if their after sales "service" doesn't even exist.
