I ordered a lot of products from this company namely chutneys and spices. While their products are delicious and tasty, the way the conduct business is unethical. One of the prices they shipped the Spicy Bombay Chutney Mayonnaise was sent to me May 2025 with an expiry date of July 2025. I advised them that this was not kosher and products that they send ought to have at least six months before expiry. I did send then two emails and they have not responded. I believe that they are not a responsible business that takes care of their customers so will not be dealing with them any more. This is a precautionary review to be careful when dealing with them.
Follow-up · I believe care taken before despatch and good quality control would improve their customer service. The expiry date was too close to when I received the item and could not finish it before the expiry date so had to throw the item resulting in a waste of money as their items are not cheap. There was no response to my emails, all three of them which I feel is bad customer service.
