Louanne Ward Matchmaking

Terrible and ripped off – This business doesn't even deserve one star. Isn’t it funny how Loanne seems to think all her bad reviews are fake Lol, well after my experience I assure you they are real. This business is an absolute waste of money. It seems there are many people not happy with the service they have received from this business. If you're serious about meeting someone special then trust me stay away from Loanne Ward matchmaking and save your money. I was fooled into thinking Loanne would find me someone special and I paid lots of money only to be let down. I explained to Loanne what my main relationship goals were and exactly what I was looking for in a partner and it wasn't delivered as promised and as I paid for. Loanne is cunning and will tick a few things off the 'what you're looking for list' just to then be able to say she did her job but at the end of the day they were well below average and my main objectives were not met at all. I understand Loanne can’t create chemistry etc but the thing is these matches weren’t even close to what I wanted so it wasn’t even possible to begin with. I explained in detail what I was looking for and thought Loanne was going to head hunt the right partner for me, all she head hunted was my money. I was vunrable and thought I was never going to meet anyone and Loanne promised me the world and I got nothing but bad matches most of which were on online dating apps anyway. Don’t get me wrong they were nice and polite woman but far from what I wanted. Loanne ward matchmaking talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Oh my god she is a crafty saleswoman and could sell ice to an Eskimo. Even me as a strong minded business owner was fooled by her. They are no one special and have no special powers what so ever. If she was that confident in finding you someone (like she says she will) then why doesn't she offer some sort of pay now and then pay later system once she has actually done her job, rather than taking all your money upfront. Most of my matches I spoke to didn't have great things to say about the agency either. My very first match hadn't even met with Loanne, so much for a personalised service. but you know what I had faith and trusted the process and went along with things but then after 5 matches enough was enough and it was far from what I was expecting. Loanne made a point of her clients happiness being priority and after expressing my concerns to her she hasn't done anything to rectify the situation. Instead she hides. Loanne tried to talk her way out of it like usual but I was done with talking as I mentioned more than enough times what my expectations were. I believe what I see, not what I hear. I'm a professional and run my own business and if I don't deliver what I promised then I don't get paid it's pretty simple. I really trusted this Loanne, I was promised the world and got absolutely nothing. They prey on vulnerable people that want to find love by promising them the world. Once they take your money the service drops. I'm not someone that writes bad reviews at all but because l've paid a lot of money and been ripped off, I want to let others know so I can save them time and cash. I believe this service is misleading and deceptive. What a lovely end to the story. I should be here telling you I met someone special and how happy I am instead I feel ripped off and taken for a ride. I have since met someone absolutely incredible, absolute chalk and cheese compared with Loannes matches. If your serious about meeting someone special, Stay away from apps such as tinder but try elite singles and E harmony - make a good profile, filter what you're looking for and just be patient because there are many amazing people on there and if they are not on there right away they will be soon. Or alternatively if you have tried these dating apps and are still keen on trying something like this then meet with Amanda at Hytch, a couple of my friends tried very recently and were very pleased with her service.
Terrible – Total waste of time and money. This business is all about making money and do not care about their clients. I was treated so poorly and got absolutely nothing.. please avoid
Empty sales pitch... save your money and avoid the mind games – I made the unfortunate mistake of falling for the company's smooth talking sales pitches and empty promises. They will lavish you with time and attention... until you actually sign up and pay them. They sounded great in the initial meeting (before you sign up), talking up their extensive database of high-calibre singles, their 25+ years of expertise, nodding along in understanding of who you are and what you're looking for and expectations under the service agreement, and showering you with anecdotes of success stories and how they bend over backwards for their clients. However, once you pay them, they drop this facade. It quickly became obvious they had no intention of fulfilling their promises - they do not care about your match requirements and simply want to tick off their quota of matches, if at all. When questioned, they were initially unresponsive. Upon further follow-up, they quickly became aggressive and offensive, dismissing your feedback and match requirements, and attempting to bully you into submission. Don't believe their marketing pitch or claims that they will refund if your issues are not resolved... it's just another fake advertising ploy. This is far from a premium service, and it's mind-boggling how terribly they treat their clients. Save your money and avoid the frustration and mind games.
Greatest sales (woman) of all time – This agency spends a lot of time / money creating an image that they are professional and have success stories. It's all a facade. I paid 4 figures for the membership and got little in return other than some awful experiences. Steer very clear. Currently I'm aware of 3 court cases against LW. 2 have been successful so far.
