husband and asked if he buys the tap would my husband install this to save him money.
Unaware to us this is unlawful and they should get a professional plumber.
We have now requested our rental bond to be told they require us to pay for top soiling the front lawn.They obtained a quote from a local handyman who always sides with real estate to get the job.
His findings"looks like it has not been maintained"
This IS wear and tear over the years and unpredictable heatwave and floods late last year.
I have found Renae to be most unhelpful rude and dismissive.
Dont trust renting from this real estate or trust the agents they only work for landlords and dismiss tenants.
I am taking this to Fair Trading as they offered a measly $250 good will gesture to put towards the top soiling.

them – do not trust your Property Manager. Obtain all communication in writing, otherwise it will not be recorded and will be used against you years later at the time when you are most financially vulnerable. I had been advised verbally it was approved to add picture hooks in the apartment, and despite years of inspections where they were never mentioned, they have submitted a claim for $605 from my bond without them even having obtained a written quote for the works my money is apparently being used for. I was quoted $160 to patch and paint a small tear in a wall, to then be told $330 which I had to agree to or they would also add costs for the picture hooks they had previously approved, which they then did and claimed $605 with no written builder’s quote to substantiate this cost. I am being punished for the poor performance of one of their former staff members who did not keep records, but this comes after expensive moving costs and end of lease clean, where they know I cannot financially dispute their claim as I need to obtain the remaining bond money that I can. If you value integrity, do not support a business that demonstrates none of its own. In a dispute they will not investigate their own accountability, or advocate & support their tenants, rather demonstrate a continuation of their own shoddy practices in exploiting the financially vulnerable. You will be accused of lying, charged for expenses that have no written quote, and that’s after you lived in an apartment with reported issues that were never fixed. Disappointing and disgusting for tenants, but presumably if you’re an unethical owner who wants support to exploit people in a lower power arrangement – this is probably the right operator for you.

Worst Experience – Very poor communication and follow up. We were more than happy to buy a property $20,000 more that what it was actually sold. They didn't bother to call us. Just an alert for sellers.

listening just wanted to justify their choice of tenant. They took information and indicated would pass onto the owner of the property and contact me with the outcome - no reply. I needed to approach the agency again for an outcome. Once again their rudeness and dismissive nature was incomprehensible. I strongly recommend you do not use this agency as a possible tenant or in any other capacity.
Corrupt and unprofessional – This office is so corrupt. I tried to purchase a block of land from Michael Roberts he blatantly told me that his vendor was not selling the land to me unless i sold one of my houses through their office. They tried to get more business for there office through unethical practices. Very rude and corrupt sales people. Their agency agreements are not from the real estate institute from australia. BEWARE.
Do Not Sign a Lease Agreement with this Agent – We signed a lease agreement with this real estate. Our experience has been nothing short of horrible. We found the property manager abusive, rude and she uses bullying tactics to get her results. She has used fake emails and incorrect dates on multiple occasions in order to make us feel intimidated. We strongly recommend that you do not sign up to a lease agreement with this agency.
The female agent in Cherrybrook was very unprofessional and rude – We signed a lease agreement and later due to a change in circumstance when we wanted to withdraw from the lease, the female estate agent was very rude and abusive instead of explaining the process and costs involved. I am very sad to say but I am certain her language and attitude would have been different had we been a different skin color.

multiple times. After months of non-reply to our requests, we sacked them. Would never deal with them again. Cannot recommend them. Completely unprofessional.
Promise The World & Deliver Nothing – Offers come in well under what we were told to expect. Got constant pressure to take the offers. At settlement we were told the person that transferred our money to us was on leave and we had to wait to get our money. What a joke. I will never use or recommend them. Very disappointed.
Worst experience – We recently purchased a property through Louis Carr. It is terrible. The agent at final inspection is really rude. After settlement, they just hold the key and do not want to give it to us. We wait for half an hour for them to check settlement done and get the key. Really bad bad bad experience. Definitely won't do any business with them. Worst and rudest agent ever!!!!

the Upmarket agencies who have Stylist who give free assistance and are paid by the Agency to get your Property right,they offer nothing. Their marketing and photos are awfull,their For Sale boards look like pics were taken in a mobile. Such a really awfull experience dealing with them.

"There's nothing wrong with the house. If you don't like it, don't buy it". Another question by another man was also answered in a rude fashion. This is arrogant behaviour and does not sell houses.

than our auction reserve figure. He did not want to take no for an answer and we were placed under much pressure.
Fortunately we stuck to our guns as our house sold for a price above the auction reserve figure.
This Principal didn't know best and seemed to be more focussed on a quick effortless sale with little or no regard for our interests. Our sales person was great but when push came to shove their hands were tied by their Principal.
