Zero customer service – Bought Lovable undies - got a big hole in seam of elastic waistband after two washes. Also, the sizing is extremely small. Sent TWO contact forms via website, then an email as I had no response. NO REPLY to any of these three attempts to discuss the problem with them. They obviously have ZERO care factor about their customers and their products.

Not suitable for me – This Lovable Suddenly shapely maternity bra has a very low cut. For me, it's not suitable til my nipples want to pop out. I dont really have big boobs. With same sizes with other brands, Target, Berlei, it covers perfectly. Bad designs, thin straps, i dont feel comfy as my skin at my shoulder hurts.

Pros and Cons – Their bras are quite comfortable, but do not have a particularly long life. The maternity bras (Suddenly Shapely line) particularly had a poor design; the centre foam was revealed when the front/top seam came unstitched on 4 of the 6 I bought, which is not ideal with a nursing baby. number of messages on facebook (which they definitely got because they replied) but nothing was ever followed up. All in all, not really good value for the price, not too bad if on sale I guess. Comfortable, good fit. Poorly designed, bad customer service.

OK – Overall, if you can find the Lovable lingerie that suits you and fits from a store, than I would recommend buying it. hard to find a good supplier to get the Lovable maternity bra that's got a low cut. The Lovable website hasn't been a great help. I've placed an order and three weeks on I still have not gotten my order. The website says it's a delivery of 7 days. I have contacted them three times and have not got a response regarding where my order is.
