It wouldn't matter – This Real Estate company and agent([Name Removed]) that Managed the property left me to say the experience I had was very money focused corporation robot like real estate. The agent [Name Removed] had no empathy or feelings regarding my situation that made me feel like they only favour and had the best interest of the landlord side cutting any corner to make sure money flowed and if by any chance life might throw a curve ball at you they done whatever and cut any coner to make sure the money flow didnt stop or slowed down even if it means to pull the carpet uner your feet regardless your situation might be., showing no empathy or even getting a feeling like they even care what might be happening in your life or what might happen to you as a out come they want ...whether you are willing to come to a compromise to work out a solution or not. Anyway without going in to much detail the exprance I hand, left me feeling my agent and real estate was a coin operated vending machine.
