Vibrating part stopped working after 2 minutes. Bought new quality batteries, still not work. Emailed them requesting replacement of vibrating part, no response. Sent message through website, no response.
Ordered a 140.00 product and it arrived defective , Gave up after 5 emails . This company in Australia is a rip off . If you have a problem they WILL NOT respond . They have a telephone number but after over 15 calls no one answered . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY .

out as a guest so couldn't access in my order history) you can speak to a service team member immediately, no wait, 24/7, and when I spoke to them about both of those issues, both times the conversation was under five minutes long, and the issue was entirely resolved before the conversation ended (replacement order processed for the faulty toy, and order linked to account for the guest order). The customer service people are so fast, efficient and polite, I haven't experienced a customer service system so good anywhere else. They often have great sales, and shipping is very fast and in discreet plain box.
Only fantastic experiences! – I've only had great experiences with LoveHoney. I placed an order and entered my shipping address incorrectly, it was returned to LoveHoney and they sent it again promptly, free of charge. Customer service are friendly and helpful and the products are high quality. They also provide rewards through RAIZ and process these extremely quickly compared to every other company. Which is impressive!

couldn’t cancel the second item I never ordered, even though the order had just gone through and wasn’t marked for expedited shipping.
I was told I would have to return the extra item and wait for a refund. I returned it the same day (Thursday, March 13th), but I still haven't received any update on whether it has been received or processed for a refund I now been told can take up to 3 weeks for my money back.
To make matters worse, the item I decided to keep is faulty, it zaps, loses charge immediately, and emits a strong burning smell. It’s clearly a defective product. I reached out via live chat, where I was advised to return it. At the same time, I requested to log a formal complaint regarding the multiple issues I’ve already faced.
However, the only response I received was a generic email directing me to the website to arrange a return nothing acknowledging my complaint or the poor service I’ve experienced. When I attempted to process the return online, I was instructed to submit a request due to it being an electrical item. I followed these steps, only to be met with further delays and unnecessary troubleshooting instructions.
Despite explaining that I had already attempted all suggested fixes and that I simply wanted to return for a refund, my emails have since been ignored. When I tried to reach customer service again via live chat, all agents were unavailable. At every stage, the service has been frustrating, unhelpful, and dismissive.
I’ve had enough. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the transaction, as this entire experience feels like a scam. I regret ever using this company, despite a recommendation from a friend, and I certainly won’t be making that mistake again.

Shipping issues and no live chat – I ordered something and shipping sucks. Worst shipping ever,going from one state, then hits another state. But then shipped back to where it came from. I tried going to live chat and know one there,that's not way you run a business. I will cancel tomorrow if in state it came from in first place. There shipping is returning it to them. Wth!
Spreader bar arrived broken – Ordered a spreader bar for $90. It arrived with no cuffs and one of the pins was broken rendering the bar useless. Contacted customer support to be told cuffs weren’t included, and was not even offered replacement bar. I paid $90 for a cheap piece of Chinese tube which went in the bin. Never again.

available within 21 days. When I followed up they said it would be 21 BUSINESS days (which makes no sense at all). When they finally got back to me, they said that the order did not apply to be fully refunded under their '100 days money back guarantee', only 1 item (which they never mentioned before and their T&C's also don't mention). When I asked for the rest of the items to be returned back to me, they said they can't because they have 'have been disposed of as it is a health and safety matter'. They only tell me this after more than 4 weeks of back and forth emails. FInally, for the product they will refund, they want to refund less than half of the money than what I payed for. Incredibly disappointed with the quality of their products, their customer service and the brand. When I posted a 1 star review on their site, it never appeared.

Thieves – Crappy return policy. Sent back condoms and was told that I had only sent half the product despite receiving an open box of them. They need to look at the CCTV for their return products team as someone is definitely stealing from them
No Help – Australia Post lost my package, I messaged LH for help with Aus Post & I they didn’t even look at my query, I just got a generic “we’ve got heaps of orders & are delayed” reply. I’ve tried again & they just respond by sending the tracking number. It’s been 2 weeks & the tracking still hasn’t been updated by Aus Post.
The product set on fire – Do not buy the Lovehoney Mains Powered Classic Metallic Magic Wand, it set on fire after being turned off using the switch on the wand. This could have injured or killed someone, or set the house on fire. The 24/7 contact function is also greatly misleading. There was no one on the phone, and even the chat function is just a bot.

Never got my product – I spent $170 and my order never arrived. I got emails from Australia post and was told the tracking number was not mine when I enquired about where it was. A waste of money. When I try and contact lovehoney via email, they never respond and their live chat doesn't work.

After no resolution for months & no warehouse camera’s were checked as promised - I got a call from an extremely rude “customer resolution officer” who was so condescending & arrogant. She did not resolve anything & made me feel like I was lying about returning the product!
After the back & forth power struggle she was in with me, she said she would ban me from ever placing orders & hung up on me!
I haven’t received a refund, nor has anyone looked into this issue properly & now i’m banned from placing any more orders. I have always been a great customer & have spent alot of $$$ on the lovehoney website.

Terrible customer service – Bought a faulty item and have had nothing but frustration trying to return it. The website says you can call or chat to an agent, but I hung up after waiting on the phone for 15 minutes, and the chat continually says there isn't an agent available. The lady on the phone was super kind but she did inform me that for some reason they recieved it back and I could either cancel and get a refund or I could try and receive my order again. I confirmed my address with the lady on the phone she said they recieved it back because the address provided was incorrect but over the phone she confirmed there was no issue with the address. I asked over the phone if I were to still going to try an recieve this order. Could I still have it expedited since I paid for it previously and she said yes since it's been paid for. But the issue lies here... my new order won't be in till the 11th so at this point I paid for expedited shipping for it to still be late even on the second order... and not only that having paid extra for it from its original date, my order is coming in later then regular shipping from the first initial purchase. My friend had made the same purchase as me without expedited shipping and recieved her package already... don't waste your money on expedited shipping when you are going to recieve it at the same time as regular shipping.
