Love N Care Europa BP 9758

Has lasted a long time – I have used many prams over the years and this is the one I have chosen to keep. It is sturdy and multipurpose. Love n Care also had great customer service when I had one minor issue. I have no regrets buying this pram and it would make a good secondhand purchase if you are lucky enough to find one of these.
Love this pram. Highly recommend! – Love this pram. Have used it with both my kids (got the extra seat). Great for jogging, easy to manoeuvre with one hand, fits a lot when shopping. Easy to fold. We've taken it with us on most holidays and have never had any problems. Very easy to use. Sturdy! Highly recommend!
Mixed fillings – I’ve got mixed fillings about this pram, what I like: It can carry up to 45kg, It has a toddler seat option, It is very sturdy and easy to mauver, It is rather light - 11.5 kg Easy to collapse Easy to change from reclined to sitting position. What I didn’t like about it: One of the wheels fell of, and would not stay back on, and as… Read more
pram was still under warranty, we took it back to the Toys R Us but they send us to the manufacturer, that was very inconvenient, so hubby just fixed it himself. We didn’t have any problems since then, but that is a big warning for all who consider buying it, wheels are not its strong side.
Blow up wheels, (I wanted blow up wheels for my jogging pram) for some reason they’ve got punctured a lot, and I could not change a tube (11$ from any bike store) myself so it was an inconvenience sometimes, but I still believe that you can not have a foam or plastic wheels for a jogging pram so I guess that is a trade off.
Safety harness, they are very tricky, it took me a while to get used to them and still its takes lots of fiddle sometimes to undo them.
Comparing Europa with PT prams I would say it fills a lot sturdier and considering that we bought it on sale for 300$ it’s a fraction of their price too.
OK pram – I bought this pram bacuse you could have the toddler seat on the front or under neath at the back over all it is a good pram but it is quite hard to change over and does have a few flaws the wheels do fall off and the rod that is inside the seat come's out thats all i can think of really i know the wheels falling off is just somthing this brand… Read more
does my sister had a similar one and the wheels fell off of her's too but it is easy to push it really glides i only use it to walk my daughter to school as its really to big to take anywhere else it folds up with the toddler seat on the front but not when its on the back Easy to push Hard to remove toddler seat and put back and wheels fall off
bad – When i first got this pram i thought it was fantastic but before long it started to fall apart and now its unuseable. The rear wheels now repeatedly fall off when walking, after only walking a few blocks, so now cannot use because its become too dangerous. Had troubles with the hood as well, as it completely fell off. Definately wouldnt buy again. fabric on pram is good wheels repeatedly falling off while walking and hood coming off.
$600 pram that hasn't lasted even a year! – I received a brand new Europa stroller as a gift just over a year ago. We have been using it primarily for our 6 month old baby for the last few months and our 3 year old daughter had been using it before this (she only weighs 14kgs). The stroller, despite being well looked after, has the stitching coming undone in several places on the main… Read more
seat sling and under the foot rest. The stroller has always been kept indoors when not in use and it hasn't been scratched or cut with anything - the material just seems to be decomposing and breaking. There are a few other bits of thread hanging from various places too and it just appears to be made from cheap materials. I contacted Love n Care and they offered to replace the main sling for $155! The pram is not safe for my baby to use and I am trying to find someone who can see if it is worthwhile trying to restitch the seat back onto the frame. I would strongly recommend that if you are considering this stroller versus a Phil and Ted's that you go with the Phil and Ted's as they are made of better quality materials and have better resale value. It is sleek and has a modern design. made from poor quality materials, bad warranty period, company didn't care about the issues and i got the feeling didn't take me seriously despite sending them photos of the large breaks in the stitching
Terrible – You can probably tell that I hate this pram with a passion! It's the worst pram I've ever had, there is nothing convenient or intelligent about this system. The entire thing is a nightmare and I regret ever buying it. The old saying is true - you get what you pay for! I liked that it had a toddler seat that sat in two positions and looked very… Read more
much like a phil and teds, without the price tag. The colour way looked good too. The toddler seat is awkward and stiff, the pram can't be foled with it on. Using it "on top" when bub is newborn leaves such a small space for the baby that mine screamed constantly. Using the seat at the rear took away the basket completely. The strap system is odd, very time consuming to use. The pulley style seat recline is clumsy and doesn't work well - one side of mine has a longer strap than the other so no matter how I pull the pulley, the seat back is on a slight angle. For a small bub (he's only 5mths) it means his little head always falls to one side and squashes against the side of the interior (which is lacking in padding). The fabric is not very hardy, just rubbing on the carpeted bottom of my 4wd boot caused a small hole in it. The pram folds in half with the wheels folding inward, meaning that the seat is always sitting on the floor of my boot, so it's forever getting dirty and dusty. The pram itself is sooooo heavy that I can barely lift it, and folded it is soooo long that it's wider than my arm span, making it extremely difficult to lift into the car. The hood positions are flimsy and a strong wind makes the hood close. The fold out mechanism is really hard - the pram is really heavy and you have to pull the handle upwards hard and fast, whilst flicking out the front wheel (near impossible for a small woman like myself). Finally, my is forever getting stuck - when I try to open it the hood and front bar get caught together, meaning the front wheel I've just "flicked out", throws back again. Last week I almost snapped my wrist when it got caught in the rebound (lovely black and blue wrist to show for it - not very convenient when I have 2 little people to take care of).
Bad – This was my 2nd pram which i purchased, as my Beema q would not accommodate 2 young children. I have had nothing but trouble with this pram, the left hand side wheel had stopped engaging with the brake which meant i could not place the brake on. i had it repaired by love n care and the same thing had happened 2mths later. I could have got a… Read more
faulty pram? I would never get this pram again. Is less expensive than another leading brand pram bad pram, couldn't get my money back when it was under warranty , wheel would stop engaging to the brake which lead the pram to be inoperable got it repaired and same thing happened again.
OK – My first pram was a Swallow Beema Q, and in my opinion the Beema wins hands down, except that the Europa can accommodate a second child. But this is a big plus and the Europa has enough good features to make it a sound investment. I bought the Europa so that I could carry both my newborn and my 2 year old, and found this pram to be so much more… Read more
compact than a tandem or twin. It is also more versatile as it can easily be rejigged as a single pram. I also like the adjustable handle, which can be set to a comfortable height for very short (like me) or very tall people. I have found that this pram is easy to manoeuvre both outdoors and at the shopping mall, and provides a smooth and comfortable ride for the kids. I have 2 main problems with this pram:
1) the brake is extremely difficult to release. My husband and I both have to bend down and release the brake by hand, as it is too difficult to release by foot. I find that I tend to avoid putting the brake on unless i absolutely have to - which is quite dangerous.
2) The safety harness is very awkward to do up - you need to undo the shoulder straps and then do up the clasp within the pocket of fabric that forms the crotch strap. My baby is generally wriggling and crying by the time I've got the harness done up.
Other, more minor issues are that the harness/seat seems too big for a baby (6 months) - i need to wedge a nappy in between the crotch strap and the baby so that he's correctly positioned in the seat and not sliding forward. While the portable tyre pump is great in theory, mine has never worked (dubious quality) and I had to resort to using the pump off my Beema Q to inflate the tyres.
Good stroller for the price – I was originally set on getting a Strider but the price of the Europa on special was the deciding factor. Lovely stroller, easy to convert between 1 and 2 seater. For use with newborn-toddler and toddler-toddler but not with 2 newborns. Easy to follow instructions for quick setup, but I have never been able to work out how to lock stroller when… Read more
folded down??? As such it is a bit of a pain to put in/out of the car as it is cumbersome although surprisingly light and able to be put in the boot by one person with some room to spare.
Not much storage room in basket especially with a child in the second seat (low position) as their legs take up valuable room. Side zipper pouches handy for small items ie. keys, phone, snacks and more readily accessed than basket.
Living in far north qld, I found the newborn position lacked ventilation and was awkward to use when toddler seat was attached (top position). My tyres were flat after 2mths but I could still push the stroller with a 2.5yr old and 11mth old inside. Found harnesses easy to use, 2nd seat easy to attach/remove, brake bar to be stiff to release (not a bad thing really) and all stitching and fabric to have held up after 12mths of use. If I could make changes to the Europa I would put a zipper or press studs on the bottom of the fabric cover used with newborn position to attach to top of Toddler seat(low position). This would provide better shade for child in this seat. Also a bigger basket and better lock down design. Cheaper than similar designs, easy to use. Unable to 'lock' in place when folded down.
Good – This is a great pram that has served us well, good quality fabric, great sun cover and easy to use out shopping or on long walks or in rougher terrain. The only downside is that the breaks can be hard to lift off and that the harness is tricky to use. Other than that I would highly recommend this as a great value pram. The pram looks good and is… Read more
reasonably priced. It can accommodate two children if needed with the addition of a toddler chair. Very sturdy material that is easy to clean. The harness is very difficult to use and takes some effort to strap a child in.
Good – The Europa has been great for us me and my toddler and baby. The baby slept so well in the reclined position, cocooned under the toddler seat. Now that he's older, he seems to enjoy the view from his little seat underneath. I think this could be a problem with any pram, but the shoulder harness is attached to the seat back well below a toddler's… Read more
shoulder, making it easy for one to wriggle their arms free, then potentially escape. Apart from the issue with the rear toddler seat attachment I am very happy with the pram. The Europa steers well and is very compact for carrying 2 children easily around walking, on public tranport and in shops. The back flap can be removed when the toddler seat is in rear position, but it can also remain in place which I find is good to provide shade. The hood is generous and provides very good shade. The included zip on sun cover is great. So far mine folds and unfolds quite easily. The brake is hard to release by foot when wearing sandals. My husband and I have both found that the toddler seat is extremely hard to remove when in the rear position. The toddler seat clip attachment is much more awquard that the Phil&Ted's. In the rear position, the knobs to press on both sides are a long finger length down into the basket area, and even though I have big hands, I don't seem to have the strength to pull the seat out at the same time as depressing the knobs.
OK – We are happy enough with the use we've gotten from this pram with exception to the issues shown above. Head office in NSW were very helpful when it came to replacing the lining under warranty and changed it for us on the spot while we waited. With an improvement to the stitching and and reinforcement of the fabric is critical support areas this… Read more
would be a great value for money pram for the growing family (like ours #3 is on the way). Price compared to Phil & Teds is massively cheaper. Steers well, folds down well and is easy to break right down for tighter storage. We've had our pram with toddler seat for nearly three years and have had the complete lining replaced inside the 1st 12 months. Fabric & stitching are of lower quality (to be expected for lower price I suppose) and as previously noted the brake is not the easiest to use and after a while becomes less effective and does not lock in as well as it should. Press studs that hold the lining in place break constantly even on the newest lining. The stitching/lining tears around the ends of the reinforcement piping.

Excellent – While the design of the harness is a sore point with me, when fitted it is a comfortable fit for my son and holds him securely. We gave our first pram away because it was so hard to steer and made walking and especially shopping a nightmare. Our second pram was a secondhand valco but I was really frustrated not being able to fit through checkouts… Read more
and other tight spaces. I also see a lot of toddlers falling asleep in the toddler seat on valcos and having no back or head support. When we got pregnant again I decided to get a P&T but when I borrowed a friends to try I was constantly kicking the brake bar and my 18mt old son, who isn't huge, was very snug in the seat and would've grown out of it too quickly. I'm so glad I found this alternative. This pram is really easy to steer, has a great sized handle (prevents you from kicking the brake bar/rear toddler seat), the seat of the pram is wider that the P&T pram so my son isn't squished in. The wheel base is narrow enough to fit through checkouts, and the pram turns nicely in tight spots. My only complaint is the design of the harness. It is really fiddly to do up especially if your child isn't in a cooperative mood. If you walk lots of places with sloped footpaths the pram can be a bit "tippy" because of the narrow wheel base.
Good – I am really happy with this pram..the only thing i would like to see ch naged is the brake as it is so difficult to release you are inclined to not use it as often, and i have read that others feel the same, and obviously this is a noticeable safewty flaw as if people are not using it, risks are being taken..maybe someone from Love N Care will… Read more
read this and make the necessary changes!?!?!? Overall though, love the pram.. Love the configuration..it is easy to lift and pack away (i have a back condition and i find it quite easy)Great storage space..great adjustable handle..sun visor..has own pump- which is great..leg room for taller toddlers...the list goes on i totally agree the two main faults of this pram are: 1) the brake is VERY difficult to release by foot, if not imposible, and requires you to bend down and do it with your hand...and 2) the belt is very fiddly and hard to do up and undo. But obviously this is alsoi quite important as we do not want our kids getting out of it!!!
Good – despite the faults with the harnesses and the rear brake this pram is great and very easy to steer with one hand even with both kids in it. If you cant afford a phil and ted (as was my case) and want a double pram that will accommodate a large weight capacity then this is the ideal double pram. My toddler loves riding in this pram especially in… Read more
the rear and sometimes he takes turns with his brother and they swap seats. it fitted easily into my boot and i have a small car. my husband had no problems steering and not once has he kicked his feet or shins into the pram when pushing and he's 6ft tall. If you can figure out a way around the harness then i would recommend this pram and dont worry about the rear brake problem as thats a small price to pay compared to the benefits this pram provides. hat i also liked about this pram is you can use the accessories from the phil and ted range (im using the double sun shade and it works perferctly as both kids are kept out of the sun). the total weight capacity of 40kgs, compact three wheeler, the sun visor, fly screen/sun screen, the whole pram even with the toddler seat attached fits easily and neatly into my small car boot. has height adjustable handle. the rear brakes and the harness for main section of pram and in the toddler seat. it can get frustrating when trying to buckle your children in or take them out as the buckles on the harness are very fidgety and if you have unsettled children the last thing you want is trying to work out the buckles when your kids are screaming their lungs. the rear brakes are easy to function when putting them on as all you have to do is press it down with your foot but when it comes to taking the brakes off you have to bend down and use your hand to release.
Excellent – Fantastic! Like a cross btwn the P&T sports & dash, but way cheaper! I scored the pram,2nd seat, and all accessories for under $500! lots of hidden features! zip on hood extension & full front zip on sun shade come in the box. clips under the seat to raise bum level for a flatter snooze. under basket has 2 zipper poskets on sides, foot well is… Read more
plastic (not fabric like P&T sports) its aqctually 2cm narrower real wheel width than all the P& T prams. it rolls very well, very smooth running. The seat reclines with a pull strap so youre not limited to 4 levels like the P&T sport. the doubles seat reclines, handle bar height adjusts, optional double weather shield & hang bag that is iddentical to P&T hang bag. the brakes are easy to put on but getting them off requires hand pull if your wearing sandals, but if youve got covered shoes on you can kick it off.
Excellent – Just a note to the lady that said the comment about the phil and ted. We have a phil and ted pram and have had problems with it from day one. It has nothing to do with price or name of the items but they are all the same. we liked it over the phil and ted.we are getting rid of our phil and ted and swaping its all good
Great sturdy pram – I really like this pram and it has become my main walking pram rather than a pram or stroller that I keep in the car for trips to the shopping centre. I have found it to be very sturdy and it still looks clean and like new after a couple of years use. It is easy to clean. The only downside to the pram is that I have already had a couple of flat… Read more · 1
tyres and the tyres are not easy to get fixed, so have had to ring up the company to get new tyres which is a real pain. It can also be quite bulky and the harness is a pain to use. Built sturdy. The tyres repeatedly going flat and the harness is tricky to use.
Excellent – The choice of multiple toddler seat positions is fantastic so the pram will last for the time needed without ever having to upgrade. Its great that is easy to take to the beach and to the park. It is quite light and really easy and compact to fold. I found the Europa really easy to manoeuvre both outdoors on rough terrain and inside like shopping… Read more
centres and supermarkets. A buying point for me was that it has a lot of safety features to ensure little fingers don’t get caught in the wheels and it meets Australian Safety Standards, unlike similar models on the market. I love that the handle is height adjustable with 4 different heights and I find that the safety harness can be secured quite fittingly when comparing it to a lot of my friends. I also find it convenient that it comes with the tyre pump (that has its own storage pocket on the pram), making it really convenient to keep the tyres inflated on big days out. It is difficult to use the storage basket when the seat is reclined or the toddler seat is in the rear mounted position.
OK – possibly i got a faulty pram, the store said it was the 3rd refund they had. so a faulty batch maybe?? like a p&t, i love 3 wheelers, and needing a toddler seat aswell, this is the perfect type of pram for me had to take it back to the store for a refund, as it was stitched up wrong (on one side) so baby was on a lean.
Excellent – Love this buggy great for long walks so easy push and steer. This is my second twin buggy in the last 4 yrs and i love this one. Excellent – With its easy fold, light weight design and choice of multiple seats, I have found the Europa to be a great pram. I would recommend it to any parent even for their first child. I found the Europa really easy to use and operate, especially when it came to taking my new born and toddler out together. With a heap of safety features like wheel guards,… Read more
side protection straps for the back toddler seat and a great five point safety harness. I love the large hood and the hight adjustable handles which is great for my husband who is very tall. It also came with a pump and fly net. It’s a bit difficult to use the storage basket when the seat is in the lie back position.
Good – The Europa is very compact when folded for a 3 wheeler. It's great value for money and I would definitely recommend anyone to at least take a look at this pram. We bought the Europa as our first pram was an old 2nd hand one. As we're planning on having 2 kids, we thought we'd be prepared so we didn't have to buy another pram down the track. … Read more
What I love about the Europa is it's easy to steer, has a height adjustable handle, the rear wheels are well protected from little fingers, the pram comes with it's own pump that is stored underneath and it also comes with a UV protection mosquito net. The best thing is the different seat positions for the main toddler seat. With a strap adjust you can put the seat into different degrees of recline unlike most prams that have only set positions. We looked at the Phil & Teds but couldn't justify spending the money. The storage basket isn't as big as my old pram and I can see that it would be difficult to access once we start using the rear toddler seat and the harness is somewhat cumbersome to do up.
Excellent – We have been please with our new pram. It is so nice to steer. It is just like a Phil and Teds but way cheaper and uglier. I have been told by several people that Europa is a replicate of Phil and Teds with a few improvements made based on peoples experiences of a Phil and Teds pram. I would highly recommend it!! steer the pram easily in narrow shopping aisles. 2. Comes with its own pump. 3. Has a sun visor. 4. Comfy toddler seat. 5. Adjustable handle. 5. Easy to remove wheels when fitting into small spaces. 6. Fits beautifully in a hatch car boot without taking up to whole boot space (put in length ways). The harness is difficult to do up (but I have heard it is made like this because the Phil and Teds is easy for kids to undo, so that's why they made it hard). 2. It's kind of ugly (compared to Phil and Teds) but $400 cheaper than Phil and Teds.
Good – User friendly. Great for Bigger Toddlers and tall babies as a bit roomier. cheaper than Phil and ted. easy to walk or jog with and collapses with toddler seat if attached to the front. Love this pram. Allows me to get out and about easily with the 2 kids. A little bit longer than the Beema Q when Collapsed

Love being being able to get through narrow isles and out and about with both kids in and safe.
Its easy to to adjust the recline of the main seat! far superior to the similar brand. I modified the harnesses in the first week - they were impossible to use
(they've fixed this in the upgrade to match my modification)
Wheels seem a bit wobbly and minor things broke in the first month of use
(customer service will replace broken parts under 1 yr warranty)
Rear kid is missing the sun/insect screening
