Performs as expected, ensure Runmefit app is up to date – I purchased the watch in January 2024, it worked ok for 8 months, of course the warranty was for 6 months. warranty. It’s therefore a poor product with no reasonable customer service considering it was only 8 months if use.
I have to be honest, since my review the Runmefit app had an update, and the watch is now performing as it should. Therefore the app was the problem, not the watch, would now give it 5 stars Ray L.
Woeful, rubbish company – Absolute rubbish company, do not waste your money. Followed return process, to have Luxo just send it back. No refund and now I am also out of pocket for shipping. Would have given 0 stars, unfortunately had to give 1 Show details
Product does not work as described – These smart watchs there selling do not work as described. They are an just a overpriced pedometer. I originally purchased 2 both didn't work, had paid freight and tracking, company has received 6 months later and over 40 emails no refund, no product, no money, last email was saying be patient. Now they don't respond. Still no refund Do not recommend dealing with luxo smart watch.
