arrived and they just said they will arrive next Tuesday! As deliveries aren’t done on holidays or weekends. So by the time my precious mum gets them they will be 6 days old. I’m heartbroken and disgusted.
I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my daughter's workplace on her 21st birthday. The order was placed the previous week with plenty of time. They didn't arrive on the day. every day. I was told (in a nice way) bad luck - we have 3 days to deliver them and they'll last 3 days in their special water/packaging. My daughter made a special trip into the office to collect the flowers that had been squashed into a 45cm box (when the sizing says approx 49cm, there is no way this bouquet was 49cm). The arrangement was underwhelming for $155. I could have had a more beautiful bouquet made locally, twice the size. Separately I received a message from Australia Post to collect a parcel on the other side of town (seemingly unrelated) - when I drove there I discovered it was the floral arrangement that had now been collected by the courier. Why I was notified to personally collect is clearly a flaw in the ordering system. Overall, a terrible experience. I will never use LVLY again.
Ordered flowers a few times from LVLY and have never been disappointed. We are gold Coast based and required flowers to be delivered to Adelaide, comms is great re delivery, never leaving you guessing as to when the person will receive it. Delivery times can be quite unreliable. Flowers are wonderful though. Even if paying for next day delivery, the third party service they use can take up to 5-7 days. If they are unable to deliver the first time in those 5-7 days you will be asked to… Read more

My specific scenario they said nobody was home, but it was being delivered to a 24 hour emergency hospital which is very weird...
Overall I think the flowers are awesome, but delivery not reliable enough for important time sensitive gifting.
Follow-up · To close this off. The team eventually agreed to a full refund. However, given that the person in hospital never received the flowers, leaving me embarrassed, I think they should have done more to remedy to situation. Perhaps by still offering to send that person flowers (now as an apology) as well as a refund.
Absolutely love LVLY and is our go to for sending gifts, flowers and plants. Have been lucky to receive lots of LVLY gifts also and just love the fun presentation and freshness of the flowers. Highly recommend using LVLY
My husband received the thoughtful and expensive gift box from LVYL on Monday 1 st December. The Box was ordered on November 28 th Friday.. It was not delivered until late Monday afternoon. email from Lvly saying now sorry they were and they would look into it. Sadly no further contact. It is very disappointing and very unfair to the people sending this extremely costly Gift Box in good faith to have it delivered so poorly. I just hope this is not a regular occurrence. I do not have an invoice as it was a gift but can provide the consignment label
Couldn’t be happier with the experience I had through ordering with LVLY. Their delivery was impressively quick with my order arriving exactly when I needed it. The flowers themselves were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged, even better than what I expected from the photos. LVLY puts real care into both their products and their service. Will defs be ordering from them again!
Ordered flowers and some chocolates at 3pm for a last minute birthday gift and they were able to deliver it that evening to my friend. Great service and my friend loved the box with the cute jar to display the flowers. Would recommend!

Not even worth 1 My friend ordered flowers for my birthday she’s in UK I am in Perth she was told they were picked fresh that morning well that’s a joke! Condition and presentation poor flowers were either half dead diseased or falling apart don’t buy from here
Not what I ordered – Selected flowers from LVLY as shown on their website & really disappointed with what was delivered. Nothing like what was shown. Complained & didn't get a response. Spent over $100.00. My review hasn't been shown on their website either.
