complained to the MAB, no one responded at all. I called probably ten times but no one took my call. Every time I called, the receptionist would transfer my call and no one would take it. I am still following up on the problem but of no avail. I am thinking of taking the issue to consumer affairs as the apartment is defective and the problem occurred within the first three months of settlement. I feel so frustrated at the attitude of the company.
