deal and the purchase would accumulate points. In these economically difficult times, all savings assist. I must say I enjoy the Mad Mex food. I contact customer support via email - phone numbers do not get answered!! and provided the necessary proof of purchase; I received a prompt reply saying the order and reward - had been added to my account. This his and has not occur - 3 emails latter they simply don't respond - I know this is a minor problem, however in difficult times it simple Mad Mex honor your written offers and have the decency to reply to customer concerns!!
I have a virement dislike of businesses that make offers, take one's cash and fail to honor their published commitments. I hasten to add, there are many food vendors in shopping centre's and holding a customer is cheaper than acquiring a new one!!,

I use to like Mad Mex because I could get and additional spicy sauce so I could control the spiciness of my burrito. This sauce use to be on their tables. Mad Mex has now taken away these sauces and charging $2 for additional sauce - which is the same price as the optional guacamole. What a rip off. From free, to $2 for a tiny tub of sauce. I’m so disgusted by this cash grab, I’m never going to eat at Mad Mex again.
I had a very disappointing visit to MedMX Hornby west filed . My burrito was made with leftover, dry, warm rice, and the tomato bowl was practically empty—the staff picked out just a few tiny pieces and added them to my burrito. They also forgot to include corn, which was part of my order. Overall, the ingredients didn’t seem fresh, and the service felt careless. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
We chose to dine at Mad Mex specifically because I had $8 in Mad Mex Dollars to redeem. After placing our order via your app, I attempted to complete the payment using the $8 in Mad Mex Dollars. every single time, wasting over 15 minutes of our time and causing unnecessary stress.
Frustrated, we went to the Highpoint store to place our order in person. To make matters worse, the staff member there was completely apathetic and showed zero interest or concern regarding the issues we were experiencing. When we attempted to pay in-store, the system removed the $8 in Mad Mex Dollars from my account without applying the discount. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue or offering any gesture of goodwill, the staff member charged us the full price of $33, providing no compensation for the stress and inconvenience we had already endured.
As if this wasn’t enough, the food we received was bland, tasteless, and incredibly underwhelming—adding insult to injury after such a disappointing ordering experience.
We are now left $33 worse off, completely infuriated, and appalled by the poor service and unprofessionalism. We are not just asking for our Mad Mex Dollars to be reinstated – we are demanding a full refund of the $33 we paid for this awful experience.
If this issue is not resolved immediately and our refund processed without delay, I will be escalating this matter further through consumer protection channels and leaving highly negative public reviews on Google and other product review platforms to ensure others are aware of how poorly Mad Mex treats its customers.
We expect a full refund within 7 days of this email. Please treat this as a formal complaint and respond urgently.
Have been here before and the service was good very friendly. However tonight I went to pick up food and the large lady that served me didn’t say hello- just stared at me waiting to take my order. my food on the bench and didn’t say anything nor passed it to me. Working in customer service with a poor and cold attitude won’t get you very far, someone else I know has mentioned the same woman’s disinterest in basic manners and basic courtesy. Not going back and certainly won’t be eating in if she’s working there

FOOD POISONING! – I got severe food poisoning from a burrito at Mad Mex West Gosford NSW. I was so ill I thought I was going to die! I will never EVER eat Mad Mex again. I highly recommend avoiding eating here unless your happy to risk getting poisoned! People can DIE from e-coli! I have reported this to the NSW food authorities and my local council. DISGUSTING!

under Australian law. The serving size was also very small. This MadMex used to be good but must have gone under a change of management or something. Poisoning customers with bad food hygiene is illegal and seriously unethical!
Not worth it – I had buorita bowl for $16, it was very small and the nacho bowl had cold salad. The beef was not fresh. After spending about $ 65, my family of 4 was still very hungry. I could have got so much more at a regular fast food. Very disappointed.
