Hot and sags – Hot and sagging at edges. From day one this bed made me sweat. I complained to Snooze Marion- no response. I bought a topper to put on it which helped. Now 4 years on the sagging is causing us body pains and vertigo. The store said the sagging in a king bed is normal, I need to put the mattress on the floor and walk on it. Terrible. “Not a manufacturing fault”, and my cotton sheets are to blame for the heat in the bed. Show details

11 years – Bought with pillow top. Loved it plush and warm, and firmness suites my back. But now at 11 years old, it’s past its use. Springs have given up and we have 2 mini hammocks. Cost may turn my eye towards a different mattress with a similar life expectancy.  Show details

Terrible – view my review of the arlington and they will be very similar to what you are likely to experience. Avoid this brand as well as slumberland as they also make that. plush layer everything else

Terrible – a friend who spent the night thought i had the electric blanket on, the mattress is super hot, we needed to purchase a super duper fan to keep us cool. snooze would not do anything to rectify this problem i would not recommend this mattress. super soft boiling hot

Worst purchase ever! – This $3500 mattress failed after two years! Warranty? supposedly 10 years, that is if you can get a response from the supplier. house and guess what, the rep is obviously unavailable as she is constantly on her phone and not returning calls.

My advise, stay away from them!! The initial sales talk and promises expensive, did not last a year, no after sales service

Excellent – Great, the service for th snooze store was fanastic, the profing really worked,it was delivered when promised, my sister actually bought one as well, & loves it too. can't go past it. Everthing, extremely comfortable & supportive, I have had it now for 5years having to get out of bed, it so comfy
