It is the most comfortable thing you'll ever sleep on! No kidding. It blows up in a flash! I just lo – It is the most comfortable bed I've slept on. It blows up quick! Very supportive-easy to get up from & looks stylish as well. I think it's a must for any household.

Very disappointing product and service from Select-O-Pedic the manufacturer – We purchased this expensive latex mattress which we were told would last 20 years, we started having trouble with it after a couple of years of use, with dips appearing where we slept. Initially the company tried to fix it by adding foam but when problem re-occured shortly after they have not returned calls and we are now taking case to VCAT. We wanted a natural mattress that would last. The mattress was faulty and the comfort layer had worn away. They are happy to sell you a mattress but after market service is woeful. Be careful purchasing from Snooze.

Terrible – I didnt bother to send it back as that would just be a painful fight and I didnt need it at that time. I'm sick of hearing the sales pitches that latex lasts for 20 years when the next minute you're told to replace all mattresses in ten years. Its a load of rubbish. I found out sooo much from checking on the internet but it all still sounds to confusing. Bascially I think the bedding industry needs a good shake up and they need to offer a 3month or 12 month trial and if you arent happy you can get your money back. Lets face it if you liked the mattress and had lovely sleeps then you wouldnt bother sending it back Feels good in shop It lasted a year before it started to sag in the middle. Its rubbish and I was furious. We've had it for years now and we just put up with it but I now get such painful hips I'm looking for a new one. I think it was around $3000 and it wasnt worth a cent of it.

Good – More comfortable than the previous latex mattress I had that was far too hard. I would probably buy another similar one when this wears out I actually found this mattress to be extremely comfortable. It is rather soft but seemed to have enough support. I've had it 3 years Mattress is way too heavy to turn every few months
