Great tasting Camomile – Not much can go wrong with camomile tea until manufacturers start adding other flavours to spoil it, and then the supermarkets don't stock the plain variety any more. Twinings, Tetley I'm looking at you. The Madura camomile is always fresh and clean if you can find it. The only niggle is that it comes in sealed packets which, while they keep the tea fresh, are not so kind on the environment.

No dust in this tea – Madura Chamomile loose tea in the tin seems not well known in the specialty tea shops who want you to buy their messy mix product that gives the tea an oily taste with the bits of flowers not separated from the essence of the actual tea - once infused it is messy to clean the brew pot and dispose of the squishy mess. We cannot find the Madura Chamomile loose tea in any Mid North Coast Supermarkets. A clean pleasant tasting brew with a nice colour - it goes a long way. One heaped parfait spoon does the job in a pot for two.
