the process thought that the aroma smelt 'burnt'. I drank the tea with its burnt flavour and eventually acquired the taste of this 'new' flavoured Green Tea. I was still curious about the tea and contacted Madura regarding the 'new' flavour. They were very apologetic and informed me that the batch was mistakenly blended with a 'smokey' blend of tea, having a flavour to billy tea brewed on a camp fire. They informed me that they are sending me a replacement packet of tea, which I didn't expect, as I was only curious about the 'new flavour'. The Madura Tea Support Team thanked me for my feedback and I would like to thank the Madura Tea Support Team for their EXCELLENT Customer Service. My "smokey" experience has not diminished my taste for Madura Green Tea and its refreshing flavour.

best green tea ever – The taste of this tea is superior to others I have tried. Outstanding flavor, well worth the price whatever it is.

Madura green loose leaf is the only tea I use – Excellent flavour, don't steep for more than 4 mins, don't use boiling water, about 90 deg. And best part it has no hidden religious taxes.

Beautifully testing, with wonderful colour green tea and I love it – Madura Leave Tea is one of the best tasting green teas around and as a bonus it is grown in Australia. Wonderfully testing, strong or weak or as a cold tea in hot days and superb as a hot tea in cold days. My only objection is luck of health value comparison with other green teas and luck of in-depended EGCG evaluation

Worst green tea I have tasted! – I am a regular green tea drinker. I found this tea bitter, especially if it steeps in the tea pot whilst I'm drinking my first cup. Although for 200g compared with the Japanese green tea I usually purchase it is quite cheap, in fact much cheaper.. however i will not purchase again. Cheap Terrible taste

The best I found! – I was looking for loose green tea leaf a bit of time. I found very few brand sell loose tea leaf. This Madura Green tea leaf has very similar taste flavour to traditional Chinese Green tea. The leafs are beautiful expanded after pouring in hot water and they stay in shape even after 2-3 cycles. among tea varieties which has been proved a very health element for preventing and fighting for many kinds of diseases and cancers. So why not invest some money on it now ! Great tea, nice flavour! Not many places sell it
