Great view of the fireworks and most of the staff friendly. Very expensive $1400 to be served an average buffet meal crammed in like a food court. Had to prepare prawns for other passenger’s. Drinks ok.

Horrid – Bland food, bland alcohol for a Christmas party, music was awful, staff had no customer service and would shout at people and were incredibly rude. Won't be using them in the future.

Vivid Cruise Sunday Night – Booked Vivid cruise with Majestic Cruise for my sister and I for Sunday 5 June, departing Wharf 5 at 7.45pm. circles near Harbour Bridge 4 times to waste time. Then being charged $5 for can of coke and for 1 packet crisps another $5. Worst Cruise ever.

Majestic Christmas Harbour Cruise – Wasn't unlimited banquet,4 prawns per couple what a bloody joke. No warm bread rolls as per menu,no salad as per menu,2 slices of ham if you were lucky. The Australian Cruise group should hang their collective heads in bloody SHAME Show details

Never again , no excuse – A group of us booked the dinner cruise for Saturday 28th November , 8 people in the group , a xmas catch up with us all as we are spread through out NSW . that was dished up on the night . It was like an orphanage from the 1600s , the presentation of the food the same and the amount of food , lacking to the extreme , ( Think Oliver twist ) We were all in disbelief of the way the food was served , the staff were not informed and also struggled with English . Never again will we use this company and certainly wont recommend them , the whole experience was poor and ruined what should have been a great night . They were that bad one of our party didn't even eat the excuse for the main , poor in every way possible. The best part of the cruise was getting off the boat.

ask you a question straight away, He said he no idea what I taking about and this is not his job, so disappointed. When he clear up the dishes in the table without ask, even you still eating, Dont understanding what mean by service after this experience? Never recommended to any friends at all.

The large, modern catamaran had a large table ready for all of us and the drink waitress was there in a flash offering us a selection of sparkling, still wines, beers and soft drinks. We then approached the buffet and found a wonderful selection of hot and cold foods, including fresh king prawns and tasty salads, beef, chicken and seafood hot dishes. It was all great and very well presented. They were very generous with the drinks which were included in the price of the cruise. We could move around freely and on going out onto the rear deck we had wonderful views of the harbour bridge, opera house and many other colourful sights around.

It was an excellent way to see the sights of Vivid Sydney and I can't recommend Magistic Cruises highly enough, well done! We intend to come back next year and enjoy this wonderful spectacle again and of course, will be booking with Magistic (and checking my details!!). Everything! Nil

NYE – was a bit dissapointed in the NYE Cruise to welcome 2013, No atmosphere at all, band was good,but had 1 hour break with nothing also out on the deck nothing! no entertainement, was promised a Dj nothing! and for what we paid! I would expect something memorible! food was ok but there was only one thing I liked the rest went to waste! Expensive for what I got...Never again!

Excellent – Such a wonderful luxury romantic cruise. The seafood buffet was excellent. It was cooked onboard. The staff were attentive and helpful. I recommend Magistic Cruises to all. Quality Dining Experience. It is not a cheap cruise but the quality and value is worth spending the money.

Good – both my partner and i had a great time aboard the majestic cruise. Before we went on the cruise i struggled to find a site with information on all the different sydney harbour curises, i have since found an appropriate site. Good – These ships are sleek and seem to travel quite rapidly over the water - though you never seem to feel it, as the ride is calm and comfortable. prepared onboard and tastes a treat. Feels great as you travel along at quite a brisk pace wit the wind in your hair. Topboard deck is great in the hotter months and you can have your drinks delivered to you there as well. Not as cheap as you would like it to be.
