most disgusting, rude and arrogant woman – I called the nsw state revenue because I found out the conveyancing woman who helped me with the purchase of an apartment gave me the wrong information about applying for the first home buyers grant, she said I must claim when the first six months are up and apparently we must do it when purchased so I called the nsw state revenue and I came across this rude, arrogant, incompetent woman, I asked for a super visor and she said: I am the supervisor and then went on to do what those people who think they are smarter than the rest do, she screamed saying: do not scream at me or I will hang up and she hung up on. wonderful to know how tax, rates and gst are wasted on garbage like that one.
