Mannatech Truplenish

Undrinkable – Was really excited to try this shake but the taste is so bad, I can barely drink it. I got the "chocolate" flavour (tastes nothing like chocolate) and it is super chalky and just not nice. Even blended with a banana and strawberries, it's barely drinkable. Almost thought they sent the wrong product packaged with TruPlenish chocolate labels. Disappointed I spent the money and it'll go to waste. The nutrional value is definitely the only positive here, but if I can't actually drink it because of the taste, looks like I'll be going back to my old shakes.

Easy and Delcious – Truplenish contains 20gms of plant based protein and is a good source of vitamins and minerals. They are convenient and easy to make up with water, milk, almond milk or coconut milk. You can add fruits and vegetables to it as well. I love these shakes and have one every day to fight the fat and increase lean muscle.
