ordered a product, waited a month , contacted them , they sent me a picture of my package stating it was delivered 3 times but nobody home , told me it was 'carded' it definitely wasn't!! then proceeded to cease contact and block my number !!! Do not recommend! if you have to , use buyer protection!! Also emailed, no response, no solution!

Recently placed an order for Magpies baby items. Jay was extremely helpful with queries I had. The parcel arrived with all items enclosed and I was very pleased with the quality of the items. Would definitely recommend using this company for any AFL items.

Update. New owners followed up with me, keen to resolve my problem. After a couple of messages back and forth we now have the right jersey in the right size. My daughter and granddaughter are thrilled. I can't believe this company is still trading. These reviews are all so similar! Interesting to note that any positive reviews are years old!! My daughter bought an AFL jersey as a Christmas present for a child, wrong size, paid postage to exchange it and then ... never heard from them again. Numerous emails, numerous attempts to contact them, nothing. How can the AFL endorse them? Or more accurately, how do they get away with claiming they are an official AFL seller?? The responses people have published here are breathtakingly rude.

Over 1 month late and still waiting – Do not purchase from this company.. you’ll never receive your order!

Shop elsewhere – Shop elsewhere! Delivery did not turn up in time. Apparently they are too busy to answer phone calls or reply to emails but continue to accept online orders. They are clearly unable to service the orders they accept.

Good service – Excellent delivery time and the items were of very good quality. Great gif for footy fans.

Go somewhere else – I don’t know how this place has 4.5 reviews on most of not all review websites. Don’t trust the reviews Placed an order with express shipping, nothing for over a week reached out to ask where my order is to no response, today received a refund without any explanation or reply to my message. If you can’t fulfil orders tell customers as I would have gone to another store. Non existent customer service and poor etiquette.

Very worried – I also purchased an expensive item 14th/4/19 promised delivery 24 - 26th still waiting emailed several times No Reply very concerned...has anyone had this problem? I cannot get in touch as there is no telephone number!

Waiting!??? – Very worried after placing an expensive order 25/11/18. Received confirmation that my order processed 26/11/18 and was dispatched. I haven't got anything still & have emailed, called the company with no reply.... The involved shipping company confirmed that nothing has been sent by Market Sports. Its the 8th of December???

Good and fast service – I purchased two football jumpers from Market sports and they were delivered within two working days. I wait for two weeks to get something from just 3 km down the road.

Quality products, great prices fast and friendly service – I have purchased items twice and have been very satisfied with the quality of the products. The first time I opted to pick up. The staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining how to find the store as it is a little difficult to find.The second time I had the items delivered and they arrived very promptly. Wrong socks – I ordered St Kilda football socks and was sent the "Old Style" socks clearly indicated on the packet which didn't reflect my order emailed to let them know it's since been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a thing terrible service considering it's over $20 for the socks when you include the postage Wrong type of socks fit an expensive pair
