Huge thank you to Dr John for improving my smile & for making me feel more confident. I have a phobia of needles & I didn’t see or feel anything. Dr John took the time to listen to my concerns & gave me a personalised treatment to improve my smile. I travelled 2.5 hours to see Dr John as I knew that I could trust him - it certainly paid off!!! They lost 2 customers today! – I’ve been going to this place for years, I have spent a lot of money over the years having dental work done, my husband went in with horrific tooth pain a few days ago and they gave him a script for antibiotics and rebooked him for 2 weeks time to have an extraction! My husband had to take the day off of work in advance to have this appointment , husband told me they and they kept telling him how expensive it was going to be,like they were making it obvious that they thought he couldn’t afford the treatment!they didn’t even ask if he had private health insurance at the reception because they assumed he was a white trash bogan, They were so surprised when he offered them his Medibank private card! They gave him 7 panadine forte tablets and were to take 2 - 3 a day , obviously he would run out before his appointment and will have to experience 2 more weeks of horrible nerve pain !!! not everyone is a pain prescription addict , they want him. To pay more money two get more pain relief,”addholes “and had the nerve to call him up today wanting to change his appointment for a week after his appointment!!!! No reason no excuse, but someone was more of a priority than my husbands pain and they were a priority for an appointment just under two weeks away!!!! I am never going to this place again you have lost two customers, they are very unprofessional and a disappointment , go to pacific smiles or green apple , marketplace dental is a joke

The go to dentists – Definitely the dentists to go to if you’re someone who dreads a dental visit. Their friendly staff and gentle approach makes for a comfortable and relaxed visit every time #showoffyourpearlywhites

Has been the best experience I had at a dentist – Went to the dentist for the first time in at least a decade. They weren't tooth judgy or anything. The dentist was thorough and showed me the tools and explained what they where doing before they started. Extremely professional and understanding. Booked too see them again in a few weeks. The best dentist in Wagga area.
