Wish I could leave a good review for this company but after many issues over many years our alfresco kitchen is a disgrace. Paintwork bubbled on the drawers and cupboards. We had chosen a product called Tricoya which was durable for outdoors, and we had paid more for this product because of its durability, despite the fact that our alfresco kitchen is under roof. [Name Removed] initially tried to resolve the problem of the paintwork but the problem remained and was never resolved In more recent times, [Name Removed] had the audacity to offer us a new product at our expense! We had paid extra for our durable product that [Name Removed] had initially suggested to us, and we’d already paid him over $7k for the job. His excuse now is that the alfresco kitchen is outside of their Warranty period, however he never fixed the problem when it was within his Warranty period!! We’ve had no future problems which proves that Masons Kitchens did NOT prepare the Tricoya paintwork properly and got away with this shoddy workmanship. I’m
