Update: After this review, I was contacted by Masport customer service within a few days and they've exchanged my old air tube with a new one that doesn't make any noise. I'm definitely impressed by their customer service. We've been using the stove for a month now and it works perfectly, if you still on the fence about getting a wood heater I would definitely recommend you getting one. It changes the feeling of the whole house. The Masport stove has been working well and I'm confident with this purchase.
