Masport President 1000 ST S18

Great Mower well built – preforms extremely well, lots of power great brand I have had other Masport mowers very reliable as is this one, Cuts very well - fuel efficient , light and very well put together

Awesome lawnmower – I dont know what people are complaining about. This lawnmower has served me well. No rust, No paint coming off nothing has broken on this lawn mower. it starts first time, every time. very easy to start, 3 pumps pumps of the primer and one pull on the cord. I had one crazy lawn to mow and this engine had more than enough power to get the job done. No manual required, straight forward servicing with plenty of online tutorials instructing you on how to change the oil and replace the filter. I still have it to this day, and even after being in storage for almost 1.5 years i pulled it out, added fresh fuel and it fired up on the first pull.

i will say though after looking for the online specs, i think they may have changed the mower a bit, i must have an older model as my 1000st boast a 500 series 158cc easy start engine and online it seems they may have reduced this to a 450 series 125cc and change the design a little

If this was stolen i would definitely buy another to replace it with.

Rubbish tip material – Purchased Feb 2015, Paid $409 brand new. Can never get it going, taken back to dealer within 2 months of purchase told water in fuel nothing wrong with machine. Funny how other appliances continue to work on same fuel. Broken down again starts with a burst then conks out never to start again. Am heading off today to buy a Victa. Am so over the Masport.

What a load of Rubbish! – I have a standard suburban block & this masport started falling apart from day 1 , weak motor ,wheel axle fell off , stay bar broke, paint peeled with first fuel spill, & on & on & on , spend a bit extra by save the hassle

Aweful and a danger to your health – The metal fuel holder flew off and nearly took my eye out. Also the front wheel system failed after a year.
