Horrible experience – This company is so full of lies and promises, once you pay your deposit it all goes down hill, they never turn up when they say they will, I took days off work waiting for them and they don't show up, they put holes in places for power points that shouldn't have been there, very poor service I would never recommend this company
Stay away if you want specifics – Not listening to my requests and did what they wanted. Flashback partly fell off wall. Clips holding glass doors broken. Door adjustments required frequently. Joints not flush. Poor build quality.

There is so much more to this - the benchtop was not made as requested, they decided to make it extend into the window sill, now it looks like my kitchen window goes below the cupboards or into them. My idea of a character window to suit my 120+ year old home went right out of the door. They destroyed the wall where the sink area was and were going to leave a gaping hole where the future dishwasher would hide it, till I got up them. Top cupboards were to be 600mm deep, but they wouldn't do it because it would affect their name - stuff the client and what they wanted. I had a 600mm top cupboard at my last residence and it was there almost 5 years before we sold, and it never fell off. Guess that just goes to show what a real Professional does. I have a drawer that sticks all the time on the right hand side. It only holds knives and forks, a few sharp knives, a few teatowels and yet it sticks and jams. This was the biggest $10,000 mistake we ever made. Saved like crazy to get this as we are on a pension, and end up with gutter rubbish. Should have gone to Bunnings, same quality but less price.
