Excellent staff at your Mt. Ommaney location. I needed to buy glasses and was overwhelmed by the choices. The staff was very helpful and I picked up a set of glasses that were perfect in both aesthetic and function. It was a seamless shopping experience.

Outstanding Service! – I wanted to purchase Ecology tongs and there were none in stock at the local stores, but quite a few at head office. I rang and spoke to Sue (at head office - Melbourne) and she offered to bring a couple of tongs off at the Eastland store. This was such an amazing gesture, she really went out of her way and I was incredibly appreciative of this. Thank you Sue and Matchbox!

Good example of how not to treat customers – Brought three 12 piece dinner sets off these people on the black friday sale November 13th 2021, through New Zealand website The Market. One of the sets turned up the wrong colour. First they wanted a photo to confirm it was the wrong coloue sent through, then they wanted a photo of the bar code. It's now early April 9th 2022 and The Market is still waiting to hear back from these people for an exchange. Absolutely useless

I wish there was minus star! – Seriously didn’t had such a bad service for such a long time ! They sent me the wrong colour bottle never answered till I left a bad review on eBay. Than after a week ask me to send a photos of the barcode which I didn’t had anymore as I needed for my baby for childcare and it was urgent. Than waited another week to tell me they can’t do anything. Seriously what the hell!

If no stars was available as an option, I would choose that – Placed an order on November 3. Still sitting at an unfulfilled status after over 3 weeks. Have sent two messages via the website and 2 via Facebook with no response. Order paid at time of placement. Customer responsiveness is appalling and while they are happy to take your money, customer service is disgraceful too.

Terrible customer service on their ebay shop – Item from eBay shop was sent with no protection at all. Just the cardboard packaging that the picnic table comes in with a shipping label slapped on it. One of the corners was damaged on arrival so I contacted them via ebay. After numerous attempts I gave up contacting the company and opened up a return with ebay. before they offered a partial discount. Was told they would process a partial refund but this still has not happened and I'm not holding my breath. If you look at feedback on ebay they have had numerous complaints in the last couple of months about poor packaging and items arriving damaged and the company not responding to complaints. Amazing Customer Service at Southwarf DFO – I didn’t catch the name of the young man who assisted us today at the DFO South Wharf Store. But he helped my partner and I. We didn’t purchase anything, but we wanted to because he was just so lovely and funny. Because we didn’t purchase anything I thought it would be terrible of me not to write a review. Young man, 18 years, theatre manager. Amazing.

Dirty baby bottles – Ordered via third party seller, the glass baby bottle arrived with stickers half peeled off, out of original packaging and dirty on the bottom. Returning via seller.

Crappy goods and crappy customer service – I would highly recommend that no one shops with these people had canisters delivered and they were damaged so called and they sent more out damaged again so due to damage twice in a row and no one returning my emails decided to return them but spoke with some cow and she said they would charge me a fee for changing my mind even though two damaged items twice not happy, no one shop there

the product I received that is correct? Plus missing 2 sachet! The package I received that is definitely not activated carbon, without activated carbon it only costs less than $19 from elsewhere for bluapple classic with 8 sachet. Why I have to spend $29 for less than $19 value?! I asked for $10 refund for misleading information, they keep asking the package barcode that the outside package already threw away, why not tracked their record in the system? I'm sure they have recorded in their system! If not, it means the company can shut down soon!

Broken shipped goods with no response – I ordered multiple mugs, and one arrived completely shattered. They don’t answer the phone, no matter what time of the day you call, and I have been waiting for a response from email for a week now!!

Lost the item and now not in stock – After ordering a item a week ago and it not showing that it had left yet, I emailed to find out what was happening and had a response of oh sorry yeah its lost, this happens and we dont have any now in stock do you want to order something else or we can offer you a refund... extremely poor service that I had to chase to find out what was going on would never shop here again and wouldn't recommend

Wrong item sent. Phone# always goes to answering machine – They sent the wrong plates. They didn't answer the call at 4pm or at 10am. Phone is never answered. Had to write an email and am still awaiting a response. Don't deal with them. Not professional.

Pyrolux Ignite 16cm Saucepan – Purchased this small saucepan from Matchbox Digital Pty Ltd and very happy with the end product. Previous saucepan had the walls break down over 12 months and was worried about contamination to food. This is a strong, double walled saucepan, sturdy and strong, with an easy to use handle. Pyrolux is a great brand in cookware.

it was under ten dollars but would give me a 5% discount with quite a disdainful expression. She she did not appear to care whether I bought the knife or not but she need not worry I will never set foot in that shop or any other Matchbox store.

My husband was with me and he was a witness to her attitude.
