I decided to give a dating agency a go because i have not dated anyone yet but want to start. When i first came i was not impressed with the room i was put in felt almost like a interrogation room. plus additional $1600 for coaching services which was kind of useless as most of it was common sense. The process of them matching me with people was back and forth of me going to the city and back home which was a waste of time, money and effort. Guys before you try this agency please say to them ill let you know and get back to you cause if not they'll push you to pay for the service as quickly as possible without thinking... I only got two matches total both werent in my age gap i wanted 1 didnt respond and the other just said i didnt want to go see you... I was outraged. If i could give this agency a -100 review i would stay away and use money else where. !! Trust. And if you wanted to contact them you would have to call not message as theyll say that youre abusing their system.. Some people do prefer messaging over phone

This service feels misleading. They advertise “quality over quantity” and display impressive profiles that are likely fake, but the real matches are a major disappointment. Expectations are set extremely high, yet the match quality is poor. You can get better results from algorithmic matching at a lower price. I believe this should be reported to the Office of Fair Trading — I am very disappointed.

types of IDs, like police investigation room, and fill the form first. They refused to walk you through the proper process and fee structures at all for potential clients to understand and comfortable to decide to go with them or not, they demand your personal information over the phone and in person first. There is no transparency as in service or potential matches that they can guarantee from their existing pool. Well, based on the existing reviews that I can see here, I am glad I just walked out and recognised this is not going to be a good fit at all. I said I am not comfortable to give you all my IDs before I know what your process is, what you mean by different programs, how much you are charging, and how many what level of the matches you are guaranteeing included in the fees. I was not even allowed to finish my sentence then she jumped in and cut me off. I had enough of this rudeness and unprofessionalism. I was told I am very rude when I stand up and decided not to go with them while they are the rude ones here and trying to scam the people from the market without disclosing their service provided, fees, the period covered etc. That is very fishy, ridiculous and unreasonable. When you go buy grocery, you want to know how much each item costs and the quality of those you buy. It is just nonsense here. Highly recommend you run as fast as you can.

it’s like there isn’t enough people on the database so they match you with whomever. Worse than any experience on dating apps or events that I’ve ever had.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this matchmaking service. The process felt outdated and disingenuous from the start. only pool of profiles I’d be shown—unless I agreed to pay more—something they failed to mention until after I had already signed up and paid.

After joining, they disregarded my stated preferences and matched me with people I had clearly rejected. Although they guarantee a set number of matches, they seem to reach this quota by reassigning previously declined candidates. The photo quality across the board was subpar—often just agency shots or blurry MMS images—and when I raised concerns, I was gaslit: told it must be my device, and that I had shown interest in people I actually found completely unsuitable.

Overall, the service felt manipulative and dismissive, prioritizing sales over any genuine matchmaking. I do not recommend this service to anyone looking for a thoughtful or honest experience.
