DO NOT BUY FROM MAXI COSI or BABY BUNTING! I was very happy with this product, it works very well and overall we found it and the matching nightlight and sound machine excellent. However, it stopped working after 5 months, we followed all the troubleshooting instructions and it was simply broken. I thought this would be simple given I’d owned it for such a short period.
I returned it to Baby Bunting and was told they would email the company to see what they could do and if they could replace. I suggested that this couldn’t be correct, it simply needed to be replaced as faulty and they should work it out with the supplier.
After contacting Baby Bunting head office, this is very much correct. I have been on all the emails between Maxi Cosi and Baby Bunting. So after a full week, no answer and no replacement.
DO NOT BUY FROM MAXI COSI or BABY BUNTING!
Purchased in at Baby Bunting for $299.
Baby Bunting finally replaced the item however the replacement worked for maybe two months and I have given up and purchased a different brand. I’d be very happy to forward all the emails between Baby Bunting and your sales department. Example below
