exactly what they're meant to. I appreciate their monitors not using Wi-Fi, they're fairly priced and they're Australian owned. 10/10 from me, I'd recommend them to my friends and if we ever have another baby, I'd buy them again.

Customer service is great. Product quality not great. We cannot use the device outside of the house, it drops signal therefore I can't go to the clothesline, put bins out, Gardening, go to the shed to work, play with the dogs, watch the older kids play outside etc.

We love the overall functionality of the monitor and camera! Being able to connect without wifi is a really important feature for us, as well as the clarity of the picture on the screen. Show reply

Great updated product – It's a great product, and the revised updated version is better than the original w purchased. Just remember - each monitor operates separately, so you can use multiple cameras with one monitor, but not multiple monitors with one camera... Show reply

Ticks all the boxes – Very happy I made the decision to go with Tweetycam. So straightforward to set up, great visibility on the screen, good connection, love the twisty camera mount, and baby loves the white noise options (though I do wish there was a slightly more quiet option!), and all-star customer service that were very easy to communicate with. Can’t fault my Tweetycam experience – We’ve been very happy with our Tweetycam and 2x cameras since purchasing them back in 2022. Unfortunately our toddler threw our monitor into our saltwater pool recently, which killed it. and so I had the new monitor within about 48hrs. I thought there was an issue with pairing the new monitor to the cameras (turns out I just wasn’t reading the correct bit in the user manual!) After emailing the support team, I had a friendly and helpful response within about 24hrs, problem solved!

I truely am happy with my Tweetycam experience, and will be recommending this brand to other parents who might be unsure which baby monitor to choose!

Pretty good – I have to agree with a previous review. It’s a good monitor but we are having to get a second screen that was in the protective case after to dropped from a low height and broke. Needs to be much more durable. Screen battery needs to last longer as well. Only lasts one night off charge with the screen off and noise on.
