The monitor is so clear and doesn’t have a delay which has been my experience with many other brands. Setup was very easy, everyday use is a breeze and the split screen function is literally the best thing in the world. Very happy with my purchase

Fabulous product, I have been using for over 2 years and absolutely love it. The monitor is the best size, has great visibility and battery life. I honestly wouldn't buy any other brand! They also have the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced with a brand, I had a minor issue with the monitor and they resolved it for me so quickly, I was very impressed!

I'm only ever using the camera in the bassinet or cot, but I think I would get more use out of it if I could charge it up and run it for a few hours without being plugged in. This would allow you to set the camera up in places or rooms where your child might be sleeping, without being restricted by the cord length to a power outlet. I've got a 7 week old and during his wake windows, he comes with me as I move around the house. If he happens to fall asleep outside of his bassinet, ie on his play mat or in the rocker in the living room, it would be good to be able to unplug the camera and set it up next to wherever he is. I've gone to do this in the past, and either been too far away from a power point for the camera to be useful, or had an obstructed view from wherever the camera was able to be plugged in, which just meant i couldn't use the Tweetycam and then either ran the risk of waking him to move him, or had to keep checking back in on him if i left the room (ie to hang washing out). Otherwise, it works really well. Great quality. Would definitely recommend.

perfect. You can see them both at the same time and scan the sound between them both which is handy to keep an eye/ear on them both automatically. The monitor reaches outside in our shed which has been handy for working during their naps and still being able to monitor them. Their customer service is incredible and they are so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I couldn’t recommend Tweetycam any more highly and I wouldn’t buy another brand again. 10/10 in every aspect.

Edit: One downside I have noticed over past 2 months is that the battery has to be charged every day (lasts about 12 hrs with screen on all the time) and makes a sound when its dying - unable to find a way to turn that off.
Follow-up · Camera quality in different lighting - gets really hard to see if i have the camera outside with me while gardening. Glare sucks. Otherwise fine. Pink noise helps baby sleep constantly. I just wish that while I had audio on to listen out for baby, I didn't have to hear the pink noise coming through too. Sometimes it makes it hard to pick up when the baby is awake if hes not yelling to wake me up.

Since moving to Tweetycam, it’s been a completely different experience. Tweetycam is reliable, easy to use and something we can truly depend on. We only had one small issue with screen flickering early on and the support team resolved it quickly and without any hassle.
More recently, our monitor was accidentally damaged and I was blown away by the customer service. Even though it wasn’t covered under warranty, the team went above and beyond to replace it as a gesture of goodwill. That level of care is rare and so appreciated as a parent.
Highly recommend Tweetycam to any family looking for a dependable monitor backed by genuinely amazing support.

Additionally, if you can set the camera up in the corner of the room close to little ones bed, you’ll get a close, clear view straight down for sleeping, and with only a small rotation, most of the wider room while they’re awake and playing. Overall, it’s been fantastic for both my toddler’s room and my nursery. The only two things I can nitpick on is that the mic mutes when panning the room, and you can only select VOX on one cam when in split screen mode. Small problems to have when you get all the other features of this camera. The flexi-mount is fantastic for traveling and quick setups, and floor stand is brilliant for child proofing the cord. The Tweetycam support team are a dream to talk to (special shoutout to Reece). I had a small issue with a camera and they sent a replacement straight away. They have been super supportive and are lovely humans. I couldn’t rate the Tweetycam higher!

I love most that you can connect 2 cameras to the one monitor - super handy especially with more than one baby! The monitor has so many settings however incredibly easy to use! If you have any questions, the customer support team are incredible - particularly Reese! Super kind and genuinely cares about providing answers, and shows an interest in your life!

After extensive troubleshooting and videos sent to support, we were ultimately told this is “expected behaviour” of the product despite it previously working properly. Support then recommended purchasing their separate white noise machine instead. For the price point, I expected much better reliability and support and would not recommend this monitor to other parents. There are also very similar monitors available online for a fraction of the price.

The white noise speaker is close to the microphone and there is no noise filter, so you hear the white noise all the time and it’s quite loud. Love our tweety cam so much, it’s such a great product. When I had to contact customer service due to the time function on our monitor playing up, I was offered assistance straight away.
