Over the following two weeks, I did not receive the camera and accessories I purchased from the Tweety Cam.
Staff from Tweety Cam reached out a few times but could not help speed up the delivery process and had no idea where the parcel was.
Painfully, my partner and I contacted the Couriers Please two times at various stages. All they provided is that the parcel was at a depot in Adelaide (destination city) but could not explain as to why the ETA was never updated( ETA has been showing the 20th Oct throughout the entire time on their website) and could not give an accurate ETA.
Tweety Cam offered to send me a new camera via express delivery if my parcel did not arrive within 10 days from its dispatch date.
But, they offered no other support and only verbally apologised for the ineffective and slow delivery on the phone.
[Name Removed], from Tweety Cam, stated that they could not remedy for the time and loss I waited fruitlessly for the parcel but only verbally apologised on the phone. [Name Removed] also instructed me to “take it up” with the Couriers Please, which my partner and I did to no avail.
The Couriers Please reached out via online forum and asked me for purchase invoice number, etc as they were investigating it.
As of now, 1740 hrs on 29th Oct, this is the 10th day from its dispatch date, I still have not received the items purchased from the Tweety Cam.
Neither the Tweety Cam nor the Couriers Please contact me for any update.
Where is my parcel? I still have not received it!
I chose Tweety Cam for good reasons and bought stuff from them with planned timeframe in mind because my partner and I just had a newborn. For my child’s safety, we urgently need a baby monitor but after this first hand experience with the Tweey Cam I do not ever want to support them again.
I shall say parents please do not support companies like the Couriers Please and the Tweety Cam. They fail to deliver services. They do not care about you and your children because all they do and say is letting you and your children to keep on waiting…

We also have two kids in different rooms, and being able to watch both of them on the monitor is so handy. The range is really impressive too. I can be outside and still keep an eye on them inside without losing connection.
It’s easy to use, practical and gives us so much peace of mind. We use it every day and would definitely recommend it to other parents!

A little disappointed that we spent $500+ on this product for it to arrived packed and damaged like this. We still are yet to set up the cameras for our 2 kids but initial thoughts are that we are disappointed with how the product arrived.

Super easy to set up and operate. The image is really clear and the sound quality is good. The ability to pan/tilt the camera remotely is great if the little one moves around a lot in their sleep, and i find the room temperature information useful. I'm only ever using the camera in the bassinet or cot, but I think I would get more use out of it if I could charge it up and run it for a few hours without being plugged in. This would allow you to set the camera up in places or rooms where your child might be sleeping, without being restricted by the cord length to a power outlet. I've got a 7 week old and during his wake windows, he comes with me as I move around the house. If he happens to fall asleep outside of his bassinet, ie on his play mat or in the rocker in the living room, it would be good to be able to unplug the camera and set it up next to wherever he is. I've gone to do this in the past, and either been too far away from a power point for the camera to be useful, or had an obstructed view from wherever the camera was able to be plugged in, which just meant i couldn't use the Tweetycam and then either ran the risk of waking him to move him, or had to keep checking back in on him if i left the room (ie to hang washing out). Otherwise, it works really well. Great quality. Would definitely recommend.

camera and was responsive and helpful as I tried to troubleshoot. Not only is it a really good camera/monitor set up, the care in making sure we had a working device was phenomenal. Absolutely five stars, I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Follow-up · The night vision is excellent. The battery can last unplugged (switched on with the screen on) 7h40m (I tested it today). It probably lasts longer with the screen off. The monitor screen is clear and easy to see.

They listened to our concerns, walked us through the troubleshooting steps and genuinely seemed to care about getting the issue resolved. Even though we were just outside of warranty, they kindly offered us a replacement monitor as a courtesy. The whole process was so smooth and stress-free. The replacement arrived quickly, and we have now been using it with no issues at all. It was such a relief, especially as a mum, knowing I could rely on our baby monitor overnight. I’m so impressed with the customer service and support we received. It’s not often you come across a company that is willing to go above and beyond, especially when a warranty has already expired. Pros: - I wanted a no wifi camera; the world is a scary place and weirder things have happened than hackings. For me it wasn’t necessary to have remote access to my camera, so a no brainer to go with this. - I needed a split camera, to watch my two babies and a toy room. This one has great functionality for switching between rooms where it cycles between the cameras so I can hear all rooms on a cycle. - battery life is great, this one lasts me all day of multiple naps and a play viewing while cooking dinner. - quality is up there for normal daytime, but the night time viewing is great compared to others I’ve seen. - durability, it’s a decent framed unit and has the rubber guard around it which helps when the kids get their hands on it. - able to buy backup power units, which have been great for us travelling! No need to rely on power extension leads or worrying about where the socket it. Also great for out and about pram naps with the flexi stand! - price point is pretty good, I got an expo special.
Cons: - not available in any stores, online only purchase - the floor stand is a bit fidgety to install and when having to travel or fix… but it’s rarely touched so mainly just frustrating at the install

After extensive troubleshooting and videos sent to support, we were ultimately told this is “expected behaviour” of the product despite it previously working properly. Support then recommended purchasing their separate white noise machine instead. For the price point, I expected much better reliability and support and would not recommend this monitor to other parents. There are also very similar monitors available online for a fraction of the price.

Purchased from a Melbourne baby expo 2025. We got the camera, monitor, powerbank and flexistand. Had issues with our first monitor not functioning as it should. Recieved a new one very quickly and it appeared to work well for those functions that previously didnt. Love everything about it...except that the signal does not reach more than 14m… Read more

Customer support is great but they deemed it environmental saying that because it has to go through walls (mind you we live in a modern open plan home with minimal walls) it's not a technical fault that the signal drops.
Their claims of it reaching 660ft are completely bogus and only under certain conditions - a straight line with nothing between.

The white noise speaker is close to the microphone and there is no noise filter, so you hear the white noise all the time and it’s quite loud.
