The team at Maxwell Collins couldn’t have been more different. From the very start, even before signing a lease, they were friendly, professional, and great communicators. Our property manager Jodie was fantastic and the service we received was never impacted by how busy she was. She was always responsive, incredibly organised and genuinely kind.

Repairs were arranged promptly every time, and we always felt respected and were actively thanked for keeping the property in good condition.When our lease ended, we handed the keys in on Monday, the final inspection was done the next day with our bond processed that same morning.

If I ever rent again, I’d go straight back to Maxwell Collins. I can’t speak for the landlord’s side, but based on their organisation, attention to detail and how well they look after good tenants, I’d say their properties are in very good hands.

Highly recommend – We recently engaged Ange H to sell our block of land. We spoke with other agencies around Geelong but didn’t get the sense of priority and reassurance that Ange gave us. She worked really hard to sell our block in great time. Ange genuinely cared about us and our sale and maintained great communication throughout the whole process. We’d highly recommend Ange and will definitely work with her again next time.

Worst real estate we've ever dealt with – We have never had more problems with real estates then what we have had with Maxwell Collins. We've had two property managers and both have been incredibly rude, with one hanging up on us. They were not helpful when having mould issues until advising them we would go to vcat and were appallingly rude when it came to our lease ceasing. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Do not rent through this company! – What you see is not what you get. We leased a property through Maxwell Collins and we had massive problems. When work was being carried out on the property we were never notified, and the rental managers, when we spoke to them didn't care a bit and told us that we should be patient. When you rent a property with services - you would expect those services to work and be available. In a 2 words very unprofessional!
