go and change it to an inferior product. It does seem to clean the clothes satisfactorily but it is extremely noisy and takes twice as long to wash a my old one. I'd like to say: If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I loved my old washer and had wished it would last forever. This one is not nearly as good as my old one. It sounds like it is grinding itself to death. As for the questions above: It seems to clean okay. Don't know if it is wearing out my clothes. Haven't had it long enough. It is extremely noisy. Can't think of a single feature that I like. So no favorite features. I guess engineers have to justify their existence by messing with something good and try to improve it. Guess what! They failed miserably. My old washer was ten times better than this one. I would not recommend it to anyone. Supposed to be energy efficient. How does doubling the time for a wash cycle save energy. Used to take about 35 minutes to do a wash now it takes at least 55 to 60. No energy saved there. This review is for MVWC565FWD
