No service repair available – I'm very disappointed. Despite using it only occasionally over the past two years, it has now stopped working (no steam). It's been six weeks past the warranty expiration, and McCulloch is unable to provide any support. They don’t have service technicians, so they can't fix it. If I had known this, I would never have purchased the product.
