Don’t bother – I ended up paying $840 extra in rent and even with proof that the money came from my account and was mine, they ended up giving half to someone who had never lived there or paid rent there. I want this business to eventually fail or go bankrupt or something that’ll make me happy. Fingers crossed

Poor Customer Service – Thank God this firm didn't get my business! Shook hands on an agreement. Then get a call to say we didn't have it. actually sighted the house despite our agreement less than 3 hours later. Confused? Me too! Legally fine I guess but morally... I have a letter saying we bought a house but [name removed] even admitted that his words mean nothing. Nail these guys down before doing anything. Found a much better Agent elsewhere. They have tried to hide my review on Facebook as well. Perfect 5 rating with a 1 star review?

May 24th 2018 Update: Do not use these people

Used these guys once and they will make you Crazy. Agreement reneged not once, but twice by the Principle-Agent. Made veiled threats if I went public. The employee on the day lied to my wife and family and then her boss rang to say we didn't get the house, then we did and again we didn't. Immoral people and agency. I would not even drive in the street they work in. STAY AWAY from them.
